Overall, our recent trip to Himachal Pradesh was a good experience – the sightseeing arrangements were enjoyable and well-organized for the most part.

However, there was a significant issue with Aaroham hotel bookings. We were not informed in advance about a change in hotel accommodation, which led to unnecessary confusion and time wasted searching for the original hotel. The replacement hotel was located in an area that didn’t feel suitable for a family stay, which was disappointing. While we were offered a complimentary dinner as compensation by Nirag (thanks to him), the trip expert did not communicate this clearly in advance. The hotel manager mentioned he had already informed Tripfactory that this hotel is closed.

Additionally, there was poor follow-up regarding a refund we were expecting for flight tickets. Despite multiple messages, there are no response, which made the experience frustrating at times.

Nirag from escalation team stepped in and informed me that he has already initiated a request and refund would be received in 7 days. I am waiting at the moment.

I hope these issues can be addressed better in the future with clearer communication and more proactive customer support. The trip had a lot of potential, and with better coordination, it could have been excellent.
