Please sort out the outstanding issue of refund to my account of sightseeing trips cancelled at your end. I request that an amount of Rs 6800 be refunded ( leaving a balance of Rs2535 to cover the cost of pick up from airport and drop at Country Club de Goa on 6 Sept , and pick up from Marriott Resorts , Miramar and drop at Karmali station on 10 Sept ) . I may mention that the drop on departure date from hotel to railway station was shorter at only 15 kms .

Request an early action to enable me to continue my relationship with Trip Factory in future for similar holiday packages.
