We had a great time in Phuket and krabi.. it was the first time we booked trip through trip factory.. the overall arrangements were too good.. but we had one bad experience too.. we got a message in telegram from your end that we have not boarded the vehicle from pick up location.. but we have already boarded.. we got ur msg later then we became tensed.. we tried talk with driver he was very rude and told us to leave the vehicle in middle of the road..we contacted u people and u told us to contact local team... One thing I have to say local team in Phuket does not know English.. they were not understanding what we r explaining.. somehow one foreigner in the car helped us saying that he is also going to Krabi port and we may be in the correct car.. simply we became tensed because of wrong message and driver's rude behavior.. expect that we had a great time..Thank u arranging good trip for us..thank u..
