This is my third trip with trip factory as usual their co-ordination and assistance were very good!
However, for Europe trip when the guest is travelling not with the group tour would suggest to provide them a proper location, landmark and contact person mobile number to approach on time at the meeting point.
First day and 11th day I was facing problem to check in to the exact location and missed Eiffel tower entry because of the above reasons. Apart from this rest of the trip was very pleasant.
I would like to thank specially to Mr. Mahinder who assisted me in getting the visa and co-operative during my trip to Swiss and France.
