I travelled to Dubai from Bharuch Gujarat to Dubai with my family on 11 jan 2019. Nicely and timely pick up drop from and to airport ,for all attraction was excellent one. Their telegram support works and helps fine. I used to travel with SOTC only . This was my first trip that I travelled with any other company . I confess that I have under estimated Trip factory before I started my trip . Its excellent for Dubai trip as their local team and local travell partners are highly professional. One more thing I would like to mention is that Jeevandhara of trip factory is very kind and cooperative. She has nicely arranged my trip and provided a Hotel in very good location in Bur Dubai .

I went Dubai with my wife from 22nd dec to 27th Dec. Overall trip was excellent. We’ll planned by trip factory,’ and Tarannum for my 5 N 6 D program. Telegram group is a good tool they use for daily pick up and generally their drivers come in time. I recommend trip factory if anyone looking for a foreign trip within reasonable cost.

I am such traveller that i mostly prefer group tours during international travel since i find them most convinient and hassle free. Dubai is one such destination where group tours generally do not operate. So getting it customised was only way left. Getting it done through trip factory has been a very different experience and there was no moment where i felt that i was in trouble with tripfactory. The best part was the telegram support group. None of the query we posted remained unattended plus the response was always received within few minutes. Before leaving for any sightseeing destination we were provided with all the relevant details of car, driver, exact timing etc. Also they were open to accomodate any slight change i wanted at last moment in my programme than from my planned itinerary.

All i want to say is that the whole tour had been very hassle free.

The best part with trip factory is Customer Satisfaction which remained right from enquiry about the trip till the stage of returning back with happy memories.

I was getting married in about 2 months and was wondering where should I be honeymooning so that I take away memories for a life time. I contacted so many travel agents/companies and had spoken with so many people that I had learned a bit about package booking. Then one day I spoke with this gentleman, he was so polite and understood all my requirements and drafted an itinarary.
I had so many amendments and ideas and this and that. M.Gouse was so patient and without hesitation amended the itinarary without hesitation. He was so comfortable to confer with that I felt like speaking with a friend. He was very truthful and highlighted points where customers usually get fooled by other agencies while buying packages.

I am a Dubai resident, M Gouse used to call me from India and discuss about the itenarary. MGouse is a guy who I would personally like to hire as an Employee or maybe a manager. He certainly knows how to understand customer needs and most importantly help them make the most. Since it was my Honeymoon I was very confused and feared about bad experiences on the tour (internet is filled with scary reviews)

But MGouse tried so much to get us the best hotels and designed the best package for us. He went through all the small details and explained me. Who does so much for a company these days? I was really overwhelmed with the effort he put. Hats off to you bro.

Now about Kashmir. Kashmir is awesome and one must visit once or many times in his lifetime.

The hotels were amazing. The food was average. And coming to the driver Imtiyaz he was arrogant and was not easy to talk. He was the only part of the honeymoon which was BAD. Most of the times he was not very co-operative.

And on several days he used to rush us to the hotel using the fear factor of riots.

On our last day while returning from kashmir he planted so much fear in us that we started feeling that we may get trapped in Kashmir. He even said we may have to stay a night in the car this that. When we returned to Srinagar everything was different. We then realized that the driver was just lying because we may have delayed.

Most of the days he used to speak in kashmiri with the people who rode the horses/pony to ask a big prize for the services.. and used to tell us that its a good price. But since we had a friend who had visited kashmir earlier we were aware of the prizes. He probably did that because of commision that he was given by those people.

The worst part: on the day when we were supposed to return we has flight at 2pm and had shikara ride scheduled at 9am. He bluntly told us that he wont drop us to the airport if it was past 9am. On telling him about the shikara he started bullshitting that you guys want to return back or get stuck here in Kahmir. Thought everything was normal there in kashmir he used to plant fear in our minds. I agree he was brave enough to save us from unfortunate events on few days but that did not help because of his selfish nature. Oh and yeah we did not get to do the shikara ride and had to return to airport at 9am.

If only the driver would have been nicer it would have been perfect.

MGouse asked us about the trip on the last day and when I told him about the driver he said we should have informed in the beginning. I agree we should have had informed.

M Gouse had given us few surprises which made our trip super memorable. He is simply the best! He went above and beyond to make our experience the best.
I was reluctant at first but he certainly kept his word and made our trip a success.

I would love to meet him someday and wish him a great future.
I consider myself lucky to have contacted him.

Overall the experience with TripFactory was excellent. Kishore was very helpful in planning and suggestions on the trip. I was allowed to change the plan until last moment which was really good. Hotel location is good but little away from shops where you need to buy water (in hotel, it is very expensive). Pick and drop within Dubai on all days was on time and telegram updates are really good. The pick up vehicles are really good (most of the time you get GMC big vehicle). Wonderful and worry free trip overall and recommend others to choose tripfactory (in fact Kishore as planner :) )

Cons:
1) The airport pick up should consider baggage loss case as well, we missed pick up because one of our luggage didnt come. I was little worried, when Clinton said, you are on your own to reach hotel. that was our first day in Dubai :) But later all pickups are very good. I would suggest trip factory to arrange another vehicle in such situations and it doesn't cost much to Tripfactory and that will make customer happy :)
2) When planning activities in Dubia, one need to consider age of kids carefully, i was lucky to check myself last minute on age limit for Ski dubai (i was going with my 1 and half year old son, whereas minimum age was 3 for ski dubai), which avoided last minute surprise as i changed ski dubai to aquarium and underwater zoo.

Value for money Dubai package from Tripfactory. Not much to complain beside that SIC transportation can be managed more effectively. More drivers/guides like Hasnain should accompany tourists to derives more value/experience from the time n money spent.

Everything was good and nicely arranged..but one problem we faced due to driver Mohammed Alam.He dropped to Dubai Mall n said come back to cinima parking.He did not direct us properly he made us roam so much.at 11.30pm he said go in taxi..we payed 52ADH for taxi.its driver duty to guide us properly and wait till we come..hope you guys convey to vendor.not to repeat for others.

I want to give them a four star rating. Here is why.

Overall it was a pleasant experience throughout. The trip adviser Salman Pasha answered all my questions and at any given time and helped me all the way thru the trip. Their telegram support was good and replied to queries instantly.
Hotel was Hampton by Hilton and was very nice and near to the Dubai airport. Many near by restaurants to eat from.
overall arrangement was excellent.

There are few cons though.

Sit in Coach, we had to wait for other passengers pickup from other hotels. We were the first one to be picked up always so we always had to wait for other co passengers to get onto the bus from their hotels. However, TripFactory already warned us about it.

The Drivers on the half day city tour was trying to wrap the city tour by skipping some places. So make sure you inform him what is included in your itinerary and not what he has in his mind. He took us to a hopeless mall (Saga Mall) which was more like a museum which wasted our 30 minutes.

My wife had a health problem and we had to cancel the desert safari due to this. I requested for a reschedule but the request was denied. This could have been easily managed on a Leisure day but they said, they have already paid the money and cant reschedule it. Tip : Make sure you stay healthy throughout your trip.

Again, it was pleasant experience with dealing with TripFactory and I recommend going with them.

Overall satisfactory experience . Had an enjoyable trip Only problem I had was that a day before the trip I wanted to confirm something about travel insurance so i texted on rhe telegram group , they told me that as my parents are in the senior category so i have to get travel insurance as it was mandatory in UAE but when we reached the dubai airport no such travel insurance was asked from us . Also for one day we had no hot water in our room in Al manar grand hotel apartment and after complaining they changed our room the next day . So for one day we had only cold water for bathing .

We really enjoyed our trip to dubai. Trip factory arranged every bit of our trip to the perfection. Value for money

Cons -
Better Planning as Miracle Garden was closed at time of Visit. So one day was wasted.
We requested for alternate sightseeing to utilize the day. As they are dependent on vendor, they could not organize it
Meals were not booked when Flight was booked

My family enjoyed the vacation We would like to thank Mr. Salman Pasha and Reenu for their kind service, quick response and professional attitude. A perfect example of how tourism service should be offered worldwide! Would be planning my next trips with them and would recommend family and friends!

Like any other first time foreign country Traveller I was quite sceptical and hesitant about how will the trip turn out and advance payment. But I must say Lohit and the whole of trip factory team ensured that v had no trouble in all our pre travel requisites and the whole of trip. We got to enjoy more than what was mentioned in the itenerary. Everything including the visa process, hotel stay, commutation, food was amazingly planned and executed. I had been to Dubai with my family for 5 days. Everyone is extremely happy with the trip. We got instant assistance when v had queries even when we were travelling.
All in all totally recommendable source and best part was the trip cost was extremely reasonable.

Had very good trip to Dubai. All the arrangements are good. The vehicles reported in the time mentioned in the tour schedule. Had very good support from our focal point Ms Maria Priyadarshini.

Need some more focus attention from other team. For eg, I received Visa copy as attachment for my booking confirmation voucher, which is wrong attachment, on the day of my travel. Thanks to Ms Maria for sending the wright one even though it is Sunday.
