Hi Team/ Akshit,
First off all, i would like to thank Tripfactory team for whole arrangement & good experience. Over all trip was good.
But , I would like to mention specific area where there can be improvement- I.e. Car driver / car arrangement .
Car provided was not having good music system , neither CD nor Auxiliary cable was working in that. This could have been checked/ arranged in advance.
also, most important is Drivers attitude- In whole trip he was interested in his commission & was misguiding in whole trip for the same . Though we understood it in first day , but his whole intention in trip was to earn some commission for that he was misguiding us & trying to push us in Restaurants / Shops where his relations / contacts are there.
This was disappointing & i hope in this area improvement can be done.
overall, it was good. We are happy with TripFactory. Only some actions should be taken on driver/ car provider, so that such incidence should not happen.
