Will Recommend to Others
- Quality of the package and offerings from Tripfactory. This includes hotel, Alexandria cruise, Desert Safari, etc.
- Information and all necessary documents shared prior to the trip
- Good firefighting / support (ex. Whatsapp Group creation) for emergency scenarios
- Good Travel SME who was responsive to all queries
- Good customer care team for support on all queries
- Competitive prices

- Logistics Communication during the trip (and therefore a lot of firefighting required). - Overall communications at Onsite can be improved definitely
- No single point of contact on supplier side (therefore in these cases International Roaming is must which is a cost burden on the customer)
- Change in plan for the last day . Half day city tour was supposed to be followed by Dubai Mall but Turning point dropped us at hotel
- Delay in Burj Khalifa for which our plans changed
- Special care of tourists with children should be considered by Tripfactory
