Pros:We booked Dubai trip its less Expensive comparetively with other travels ,Awesome Hotels,Receiving is nice and sightseeing transfers were Good..Desert safari n Dhow cruise were nice.We will choose once again trip factory for another trips in the future, Our Travel expert Naveen was cooperative and Nice,Telegram support was good Cons; When we are boking through online package delayed call back from customer care and driver missed Gold souk and Spice souks in half day city tour Overal it's amazing experience with trip factory we wl recommend tripfactory for others

Only thing that we were concerned was for the Cab Driver stay
There was no driver room or Dorminatary for drivers to stay

Everything was good and nicely arranged..but one problem we faced due to driver Mohammed Alam.He dropped to Dubai Mall n said come back to cinima parking.He did not direct us properly he made us roam so much.at 11.30pm he said go in taxi..we payed 52ADH for taxi.its driver duty to guide us properly and wait till we come..hope you guys convey to vendor.not to repeat for others.

Overall experience was good. Hotel Shefaf was average but special thanks to our guide Mr. Zubair who made every effort to make us comfortable. He made it a safe trip and also gave us upgrades wherever possible. A special thanks to all the staff at the Royal Park hotel which made so many efforts for our honeymoon suite decorations. Mushtaq and his team were very helpful and friendly. Also the Sheraton houseboat was slendid. Overall a memorable trip. Satisfied with trip factory !!

Overall I'm happy with my experience with Trip Factory. The package, Local Tours and Hotel were excellent. My family enjoyed each day. Trip Factory upgraded my stay to 5 star hotel that i deeply appreciate. Local tour operator was also very professional handling local sightseeing. However, I'm giving only 4 star because the hotel i was upgraded to, was far from city center and walking down to/from city center was not advisable and practical. Also the hotel's shuttle's last ferry was at 8.20pm which wasn't giving us enough time stay in city center and have dinner. Therefore we have to spent 10000 INR just in taxi fare from/to hotel to city center. If i would have been upgraded to the hotel near by the originally selected. I would have given 5 stars. There is nothing much to complaint about.

I would recommend Trip Factory to my friends for sure.

One point with the tour taxi’s provided. The back seat belts were not operating on some of the vehicles This should be taken up by trip factory with the tour vehicles operators that they use for safety of the customers.

We had been to Andaman trip for 5 nights and 6 days family trip from Trip Factory on 14th Nov 2018. The Total trip was so nicely organized and went well with the plan. As on each island we had a separate co- ordinator , Without any jumble or problem everything went well in Time. Thank you Thaqsheel, Ahmed for co-ordinating.

Overall, very good experience. I have been booking my trips on TripFactory and experience has been seamless every time. Everything was well coordinated and sufficient time was provided in all the tours.

My overall trip was good....sry to say but the last day hotel in Port Blair was not good...if the guest ask trip factory to change hotel so they should take care of that inclusive in that package...

We were initially a bit confused about wether we should go ahead with Trip factory because we had never heard of them however they offered us great rates and tweaked the package as per our needs. Sonu Kumar was managing our travel, he helped us with each and everything. I remember calling him at 6 in the morning from Hong Kong (I'm sure in india it must be about 4 am) and asked him a couple of thing and he was extremely helpful. We had a great first international trip thanks to Trip factory. I highly recommend them.

wonderfull start of journey of munnar , tekadi & alleppey dt 13-11-2018 to 17-11-2018
Starting from pickup at kochi air port by Mr. Anish was not only our driver but good tour guide , on the way of of day first from kochi to munnar we are visited chiappa water fall , Himalya ayrved center ( well known for spices of kerla ) & move to Hotel 7 spring munnar for stay. Hotel was very good for food , rooms are very good & staff are supported
next day in munnar we visited adventure park , homemade chockelate factory , kerlasadicenter, tea tress forest,higst point of munnar where kuruji flowers bloom once in twelve years, mattuputty dam , eco point & lastly to flower show stay at hotel 7 spring.
next day after breackfast start journey to tekadi on the way we visited lockhart Tea factory , Elephant ride at pandikuzhy view point (Tamilnadu), & periar wildlife at tekadi & stay at Hotel Jungle Park Resort very nice again.
next day after breakfast start journey to tekadi about 135 km. heavy rain & cloudy atmosphere nice to see sight seen , after reached at alleppey go for back water House boat , House baot was wonderfull having two bedroom, hall, kitchen (2BHK) like home in backwater , stay in house baot here food is ver good ,houseboat rides area of backwater to lake area & ilands the sight seen are very beautifull , after berakfast return to Airport for return journey

Trip was great.. Everything was arranged & managed well.. thank u for all the support & making my trip wonderful..
Only 2 things I want to say that I didn’t receive any welcome kit in Singapore n I didn’t have ticket to go for night safari n other passengers who were with me had tickets.. so I got tensed that y didn’t I get tickets.. Pls take care of travellers from the very beginning, anyway later they sent soft copy.. This was the only moment I got tensed. Other than that everything was superb.

As I am pure vegetarian, If it was possible then you might have arranged a hotel which provides good vegetarian breakfast.. Both Singapore & Bali hotels used to provide non veg more..

I must say trip was very disciplinary organised. Since the time I placed an enquiry for the trip I was given with numerous options and customised as per our requirements. We were always kept updated on the travel. Travel support crew given for sightseeing were very obdiant. Accommodation was good except for insufficient ventilation apart from that food was excellent. Overall we had a wonderful time and would want to prefer our next trip. Keep up the good support as usual. Thank you..!

Trip with your organisation was good, but the hotel booked at Pahalgam was very bad in location as it was 13 km. before the Pahalgam, if I say for food even food quality was also very bad in the hotel, and also if I say for other amenities then there TV was not working / WIFI was not working, even network of mobile at the hotel location was not proper.
Rest the things were alright.
