Overall a wonderful and seamless trip with good ground staff to assist in the entire trip. except
1. Hotel Sentinel was a wrong choice of hotel in port blair. Cannot grade it as four star category...poor room service ...it took them an hour to refill drinking water and tea/coffee compliments in the room ...even after reminder...One bottle of water was available in the room of two adult and we had to ask for additional supply. Food was horrible for the price they charged...chicken lollypop, Murg tikka and sanghai chicken were hard and uncooked and served horribly late ...even tough it arrived it was kept in the adjacent table at the pool side for 10 min with the waiter having no clue whose order it was whereas there was only 2 ppl (one us and one another single person) by the pool side.
Packed breakfast before travelling was basic and minimal (when breakfast is part of our room cost) included 2 slices of cheese sandwich, banana, Rs.10 chips and Rs.20 frooti etc total worth Rs.100/- before we travelled to havelock. We opted out the lavish spread (as mentioned above, included in our room cost) before we left for mumbai.
A night before leaving for Mumbai we picked up takeway from a nearby restaurant, which was delivered pipping hot and at half the cost in the Sentinel hotel
But i must add that choice of hotel and food available in their respective in house restaurant in Havelock and Neil was outstanding .
2. Neil island - You guys should have suggested max 1 day stay (when we choose 2 days thinking that there would be more to see like havelock). But there was not much to see in Neil other than natural bridge and sunset point, moreover when we had finished watersport in havelock and water sport activity is not as popular in Neil than Havelock
