Planned a quick n short escapade to Bali, for the Valentine's Day and gave TripFactory a shot for planning the same. And man, they did a good job !! The trip was planned, explained and all the bookings were done immaculately. We weighed our various options and Natesh (our TripFactory guy) was patient enough to explain, clarify n suggest the best of the lot. The response were quick, the bookings were flawless and the service was very good. Loved Bali !! The food.. the people.. the place !! Would love to go back soon.. and with TripFactory too !! Kudos to team TripFactory :)
