I had an amazing experience from start when i was exploring "Trip Factory" over internet till the time i came back from the holiday. It was beautifully arranged and was smooth.
Arbeena made sure that my holiday trip is completely customized as per my requirement and budget and assisted in any query flawlessly.
The portal tripfactory is amazing and has a very good, user friendly interface. I had all the options to chose the hotel of my choice, place of my choice and no. of days of my choice through the portal.
Was well informed of the trip Itenary in advance and the hotels were amongst the best ones as per my budget. I was well received at the Srinagar Airport by our Drive & Guide - Tariq. He was really helpful and guided us really well through out our trip.
