first of all let me thank shri. mohammad Arafat to be in contact with us right from the date we booked and till the date of departure. My experience with many other operators are such that, the executive through him i fix the tour is available only for the booking. Rest of the things are handled by different people who may not be knowing the exact details. Whereas Shri Arafat was with us till the end of the tour and the rajasthan service provider has given the best service . it is more than what we expected,like instead of 21 seater tempo, they have given 27 seater new mini bus for our entire trip. hotels were good. The main thing is that Service provider has gone through exactly what was agreed between me and shri.Arafat.
