I would like to thank Trip Factory for the memorable & hassle free Holiday. I have earlier booked my trips with industry giants like makemytrip/Yatra but I would say tripfactory is above all. Very budget friendly and they have a great team especially the dedication of their staff is outstanding.

Trip Factory would ensure a great experience with reasonable budget.

Jeevitha Nag was the person who was my initial travel advisor/expert and she is outstanding. Jeevitha Very Dedicated and Diligent person , she has planned my trip perfectly considering our preferences . Truly appreciate her quick response and round the clock service.

Unfortunately she had resigned and my trip moved to Vijay Gn. Vijay Gn ensured everything in place and rendered his support when needed.

I would have rated this 5 but the only reason I m giving a 4 was the change of the trip advisor was not intimated to us properly and there was a bit of vacuum in that situation. I have learnt about my trip advisor resignation from her on her last working day . Trip factory has not informed us about this and I had to follow up with them on who would be the next person to assist my trip.
