We started off pretty poorly I am not sure but there was some miscommunication and we took our flight to Thailand without the travel itenary which was supposedly sent by the TripFactory team. We landed in Bangkok and the visa took extra long due to poor Thai immigration policy of having fast visa counters without recites. We come out with no driver waiting for us, we have no clue how to find one. We call the Emergency no. Given by TripFactory, all 3 of them and we find not one responding..........EMERGENCY! We book our own cab and reach the hotel After that the trip factory guys were back on track Especially our travel coordinator Ms Shruthi. She took good care sent us all the numbers and enquire did all was on track throughout the trip. They also make a WhatsApp group that’s also for Emergency but no much use as it’s only work hours and stuff. So do all the background work yourself and don’t rely on TF team to help much but for your primary agent. Was lucky that our agent/ coordinator was always available for help. We were happy with booking process though as we were very particular about a lot stuff ....room, resort, where to visit, free time and stuff so Shruti was very patient and gave us 33 trip options over. 2 weeks. She was good and patient, worked even on holidays to give us our trip and thank her for that. Our trip went well Thanks Shruti TF needs to have some form our checklist for people who have booked and have to give more info Up your Emergency service You can’t give excuses like it’s sunday and it’s late night so no one responded.
