Well, words are not enough to mention how helpful, supportive team trip factory was. I had booked the package and just before a day tested positive for covid. Ankur from trip factory has assisted in cancelling all the tickets and plan and ensuring I get the maximum refund. When I re-booked the package and went to Dubai, unfortunately, the test reports were positive in Dubai airport for me. I was quarantine for 10 days in a hotel and Trip factory has again assisted me with my daily tours and site seeing cancellations with full refund in wallet. They ensured my family atleast has completed the site seeing and once my quarantine was done they did arrange the site seeing's which I personally missed and ensured that I did have good time in Dubai after my quarantine. I am sure if there was some other travel agency they would have said we are not liable for what I am facing and they do not cover for what I missed. Trust me !! the customer service was amazing. A great thanks to Clinton as well for bearing so many changes requested from myside.

Having said all the above, I would like to give a special thanks and appreciation to Seema Tabassum, who was splendid in her service towards me. She was emphatic with the situations that I was facing and she has supported me throughout till I got back home.

Kudos! to trip factory. you guys nailed it. All my future trips will surely be with you guys; however, with me giving less trouble going forward.
