I went to Singapore (4N 5D package) with my parents(Trip factory agent : Prisca).The tour package covered flights, visa, stay, and sightseeing(night Safari, Universal studios, santosa and marina bay). Flight booking, hotel booking and visa process went smoothly. All the pickups for the sightseeing were managed pretty well. All the agents were easily reachable, and replied on time during the trip. Only the flight experience was not good. It was like traveling in a domestic flight. Could probably give options on the same. But overall experience was really nice.
