Very good planning except the information of hotel change was not informed in advance. and if customer can be given elaborated details about the different option for ex : Tickets booked at Ferry was of deluxe class and we would wanted to be in royal class. We were not aware of this different option in ferry seating before.

Otherwise over all planning and co-ordination was superb..
