This was my first international trip to two countries i.e. Singapore and Indonesia and the support that I have got is excellent. Tripfactory team especially Apeksha was ready to answer any of my questions anytime even before or after making the whole payment.
Trip Planning- Excellent support in planning the trip with covering all spots w.r.t. available time
Customer Support- Quick support before or during the travel.
During Travel-Guide and support staff at locations quite good. Made us feel honored.
In short I am quite satisfied to travel with Tripfactory team and will surely plan more trips with Tripfactory....
