Rashmi was good in following up and assisting. However, all hotel bookings were done for 2+1 instead of 3+1. I had to call for this at every hotel except last hotel in Amritsar.
The hotel in Dalhousie is bad in terms of ambience as well as food. Service is fine. We skipped one breakfast as we didn't like the quality.
