Initially reading the reviews about Trip factory on other forums, I was in split thoughts to believe in them. But I went with my instinct and trusted my travel expert Samson for his convincing approach. Me being a solo traveller had to be very cautious about the safety and amenities provided to me. But to be frank what ever I received throughout my trip was beyond my expectation. Be it the hotel, on ground travel agent, the car, the driver, activities, everything were of top notch. I had a very small budget for this trip and Samson tried to achieve all this within the budget and delivering it as promised. I am very thankful to SAMSON and Trip factory for making this happen and turn my dreams into reality. And the support team who will be in touch with you over Telegram app will update you on the proceedings and also ensure your safety. Will definitely recommend my friends and also will be back after 6 months for another trip. Trip factory might not be as big as other companies but they are real for sure.
