Priti Kumari review by Manoj

I recently visited Europe with family and all thanks to Tripfactory for providing wonderful experience. Although I am a frequent traveler to various countries due to business requirement, it was a first overseas trip for my family and I wish to make that to be a memorable one for them, which Tripfactory has made possible. My experience with Tripfactory was excellent since beginning of my interaction with Priti Kumari, who was very quick on reverts to my queries. Initially I was doubtful to book with Tripfactory over some reputed names viz. Cox & Kings, SOTC and Thomascook, but timely reply from Priti and economical cost forced me to book my trip through Tripfactory. Their tour manager Kunal Lokhande was an excellent guy and made all his efforts to make our stay and trip comfortable starting from ensuring early morning check in at London, additional sightseeing other than included in itinerary, arranging excellent Indian foods and efficient time management. He also has not forgot to make anniversary celebration of two of the accompanying couples during our trip.
There were three fellow passengers who apparently were Tripfactory employees and are sponsored by the company, but they never behaved to keep the company flagship to the level expected with them. They were rude in their behavior, always late and fellow passengers has to wait. Once in Paris fellow passengers were sent to find them out. They also were complaining the arrangements, thus not behaving like a company ambassador. I request Tripfactory to provide pre-travel advisory to any sponsored candidates to keep the Tripfactory flag high.
Overall it was very delighted trip and I must say that Tripfactory has another loyal customer to their list. Keep it up Tripfactory
