Thanks for arranging the travel for me and my family. Your on-site vendors were very cordial and well behaved. Devices provided were at par and well co-ordinated. I would recommend TripFactory to other because of your professionalism.
Only piece of advise:
If the travel expert from TripFactory is not available at office for a longer duration, then please handover the work to other colleague so that customers can reach out to TripFactory for queries. I found that a day before my travel, I had some queries which required clarification, because you were out of office, I had no one to reach out to from TripFactory for clarifications .
