I am writing to share feedback received from our guest, Mr. Aditya Jha, who recently completed his Eastern Europe group tour from 23rd to 30th June along with five other members (total 6 pax), booked through your esteemed company.
While the overall tour went smoothly and the guests appreciated several aspects, there are a few concerns we would like to bring to your attention:
Hotel Rainers21, Vienna
The guests were quite disappointed with the hotel arrangements. As per their feedback:
No glasses or electric kettle in the room
No tea/coffee provisions
Lack of basic toiletries
No in-room phone facility
These amenities are generally expected in a 4-star hotel, and their absence led to dissatisfaction.
Restaurant in Salzburg
One of the restaurants (reportedly managed by a lady) did not meet expectations in terms of food quality and service. Kindly look into this and ensure better options are considered for future departures.
Price Disparity
The guests also mentioned that other members in the same group had purchased the same package for approx. INR 1,74,000 – 1,76,000 per person, which was noticeably lower than what they paid. We would appreciate it if you could check and clarify the difference in pricing to avoid any misunderstandings.
Tour Manager – Mr. Bhavesh
On a positive note, the guests were very happy with Mr. Bhavesh, who managed the group efficiently and kept everyone engaged. His efforts are much appreciated and please do convey our thanks to him.
