It was a very pleasant and happy stay.. we chose trip factory over other trip providers as have heard that it is good and our experience was also good. The trip to Kochi, Munnar, Alleppey and arithrapilly waterfalls has been well organised. Our driver Prasad was also very decent and Well behaved and had proper knowledge about territory. The hotel I cloud and its staff was helpful and kind enough. So we will plan our next trips also with trip factory and looking for the same good experience and hospitality with good amount of discount. Thank you
