About Tripfactory:
1. Overall Trip factory team was very supportive while booking or getting the Visa. Everything is smooth.
2. They plan according to your needs and budget.
About my Singapore Trip:
Cons:
1. Always they give check time @ 3.00pm. Traveller will reach hotel by 6am morning @ 3pm only they may get the room. This is something they have to look out and fix it.
2. I stayed in parc sovereign tyrwhitt, room was less spacious. Little far from little India. Breakfast options are very limited and too much rush to break fast.
3. I lost break fast coupons , I asked them reissue the breakfast coupons, they said it can't be possible. This is a bad experience., even local staff supporting staff also didn't help.
4. City tour is waste time. they were in hurry always to finish off the tour quickly.
5. Most of the time my pick up vehicle came late, but dropping timing to hotel remains same.
6. on 2 day of my tour, I got fever due to weather conditions, I was shivering, I called local staff for drop to hotel. They denied for transportation. I have too literally book my own cab paid SGD 50 for taxi, which is worst of my tour.
7. For Airport drop they came before time for pickup. Rest all days late pick up.
8. Night safari is not worth.
Pros:
1. Telegram messages are useful and it will more useful if they give major attraction,places visiting the during that day tour. It will help a lot traveler to visit the places.
2. Places are really good. Do your home work and decide the places.
3. Help is available in every tour place.
4. Don't miss Chango Airport. (Visit Jewels place for Water fall, simply amazing view).
5. Spent more Flowers of Dom, Rain Forest. It will take long time enjoy time enjoy.
