Overall a good experience, few improvements could be done:
1. TripFactory could have ensured that, they wake up customers an hour before, by informing the respective hotel, as we missed our James Bond Island tour on Day 2..
2. TripFactory could improve by asking the customer at first level before booking, the respective meal preferences like veg, non-veg or eggs+veg.. And let this be applied to overall trip’s food selection as well including airline, as in our flight from Karbi to Bangkok we did not have our breakfast in flight but we had to manage with fruits which were served instead of breakfast, which was, to an extent, compensatory..
3. I was shared a mail on probable places to visit at respective locations, one bigger improvement would be to suggest some “Indian Affordable Restaurants” for having food in the nearby locality to our hotel (let this one be linked to a google search or any other database, than creating a database on your own) as this would be of immense help to all tourists..
