First of all a big thank you for Apeksha Agrawal for planning an amazing tour as per my demands at a reasonable price. The tour was upto my expectations. Overall great experience with TripFactory. They helped whenever I needed help. The on sight representative was also very jolly and helpful. The hotel check-ins and check-outs were smooth. And nothing to say about Bali. It's just amazing.
