Tavera was promised for the whole trip but only Etios was provided because of which we had to shell out extra for arranging another suv to go to Gulmarg
Would request you to review empalment of Hotel Clark’s at Srinagar as they service was very poor in all 3 days in buffet of dinner & BFast by not refilling /providing food , rooms was also not up to mark
