We recently booked a 1-week family trip to Dubai in April 2025 through Trip Factory, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! The package included round-trip flights, 6 nights of hotel stay, and a 6-day tour itinerary that covered all the major attractions and must-visit spots in Dubai.

Right from the beginning, the entire trip was well-planned and extremely well-organized. We were particularly impressed with the daily updates shared on the dedicated Telegram channel, which included pickup and drop timings, important contact details, and the day’s itinerary. This level of communication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The local coordinator was also very supportive and responsive whenever needed.

The sightseeing tours were timely, informative, and enjoyable. Every place we visited—from the towering Burj Khalifa to the serene Desert Safari—was thoughtfully arranged and gave us a real taste of Dubai's charm.

The only slight downside was our return flight, which unfortunately did not match the high standards set by the rest of the trip. We feel that an alternate airline or better service provider could have made the return journey more comfortable instead of FlyDubai Airways.

Nevertheless, this minor hiccup didn’t take away from the fact that the rest of the trip was truly memorable. Kudos to Trip Factory for putting together such a seamless and enjoyable holiday. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and look forward to planning our next vacation with them!

As scheduled, we reached dubai on 19th without any problem. Once we reached dubai your agent contacted us immediately and took us to the hotel. He was nice and cordial. Eventhough there was a rush of guests at hotel, we were accomodated. The room is nice and tidy and cleaning it on daily basis.The breakfast was excellent.
At 6.45 , driver zakir shaikh picked us and dropped for the cruise. The cruise was nice. Once it finished, zakir was there at the entrance and dropped us at hotel. He is very supportive.
On 20th,we were picked from the hotel lobby at 9 by ziaulhaq and dropped us at city mall. He is also very nice. Your guide, saurav contacted us immediately and took us to the aquarium and waterfall. He also took us to the surroundings. At 1 pm he took us the burj khalifa entrance . there was a long queue there. Once we come out saurav met us showed the other parts of citymall. He is a wonderful person. Gentle, patient and showed a true guide capabilities.
On 21st, at 2.30 pm Anvar javed picked us for a desert safari. It was a nice experience eventhough the food was not that much enjoyable. Anvar explained us everything. Since some of our members have backpain, he drove very carefully without losing the safari feeling.
On 22nd morning 10 am,Rustam khan came and took us to BAPS temple and ferrari world. He is informative and a careful driver.
On 23rd at at 3.15 we were taken into miracle garden and global village.the journey was in a bus. The guide with us was a lady and she took too much pain to cordinate the passengers. On 25th siraj khan took us for the city tour and to aya universe. He was also informative and cooperative guide. He explained many things on the way. On 26th morning at 8 am Zahid Raza came and dropped Us at airport.

Overall your arrangements were excellent.The only regret we have is that We could not visit the Mosque. Thank you for your nice work.We can't spare out Mr. Vishnu,so a special thanks for him for the wonderful job done by him.

1. The best part of the tour is transfers. Drivers are very punctual and nice.
2. The hotel given is not of 4 star category and looks cheapest in Dubai.Expected like ibis or ramada .
3. The vehicle for desert safari is very bad as we were given the last row seats and it’s cramped and no leg space.

They followed up several times during the tour to ensure we were having a good time, which showed they genuinely cared about our experience.

We booked a trip to Dubai for 4N 5D with trip factory. Shashank helped us with our trip. All tickets including air tickets were booked by Shashank. We did not face any difficulty with the entries to attractions. private and shared transfer vehicles were good and comfortable . One mention is about the shared transfer vehicle to Abu Dhabi, which could be better. Also please try to include a photo stop at the mosque along with Hindu temple and Ferrari World. The alternative suggestion by Shashank to book Hyatt place worked out well. The hotel is excellent in every manner. We had a very comfortable stay. We felt that the dune bashing activity in desert safari could have been a bit longer (our previous desert safari in 2012 was longer than this one ). Ferrari World pickup in the morning was delayed by 1 hr, message was sent late night so we only saw it early morning. It will be good if pickup timings can we confirmed by drivers previous day before 8 pm. Folks on the telegram group were very helpful, we got promp responses all the time. Thank you very much.

We are happy with the overall support. However the air ticket was forced to book on saturday inspite of telling weekend price was more. The hotel provided was also not upto mark. The communication can be more frequent before the trip with updates rather than we calling to get all the updates. Was happy though that we got response after calling. Also the timings for some of the activity like dubai mall and ski dubai was less.

This was my first international trip. My Advisor, Punith is a very kind and supportive person. He just not only helped me in selecting the relevant itinerary but also explained and supported at each stage throughout the trip. He was reachable just over a message. He was available over chat throughout the trip.

All the tour guides were good except the one (Niharika) who left us at Dubai Mall around 11 PM night because we were just 5 mins late. I understand we should be punctual but it happened. Guides should consider the 10-15 mins buffer. Whatever happened to me on that day was not at all acceptable. My wife got petrified that day because we were alone in an unknown city at 11 pm. Also, her behaviour was not good as she yelled at us in the hotel lobby because according to her we were 5 mins late during morning pickup but in actual we are on time because he came to pick up 15 mins early.

Even though she had left us at Dubai mall, it was Punith who helped us. He urged the management to book a cab for us but luckily i had careem app and i booked the taxi by my own. Punith helped me in getting the refund for the taxi charges.

I am very happy with the service provided by the Punith and the tripfactory.

We had a week long trip to Dubai booked through Tripfactory. Hotel accommodation provided was satisfactory. Food was of good quality. Room service was very prompt.

We had a week long trip to Dubai organised through Tripfactory. The itinerary was prepared by Abhishek in detail over 10 iterations. The tickets, visa, all transfers at Dubai as well as all entry tickets for various visits were made available to us via Telegram group by the team. Darshan was available for any last minute requests.
Seat blocking in the aircraft could have been done earlier so that we could have got better seats or we could have been given the option to upgrade to seats with more leg space.
Financial services team could have taken down payment and reduced the fare instead of asking to pay the balance 10 days before the departure.
Overall the trip was well organised.
