One of the all-year restaurants in the Tivoli Gardens, Hercegovina offers Croatian cuisine. It is a charming place where you can enjoy live music and have a dance after dinner. A big buffet has as its main attraction a whole lamb roasting on a spit. There is a good à la carte menu as well: try out the Pljeskavica with Ajvar, Minced Beefsteak with a purée made of red pepper, eggplant and spices.
