- Weather in Ooty does not vary much from one season to another. However, summers are usually warm and cool, so light warm clothing are fine. Monsoon seasons are wet with abundant rainfall so do also carry jackets, umbrellas in case it rains. Winters are usually cold so warm woolen clothes are advisable.
