It's originally from Bandung and has been being developed for years by Bapak Udjo (Mr.Udjo) at his Saung Angklung Udjo (House of Udjo's Angklung). It's located at Jalan Padasuka, Bandung 40192, Indonesia. Phone (62) 022 727 1714. My first experience at Saung Angklung Udjo is unforgettable. Within 1.5-2hours performance of children and teens, I was amazed by the music, specially the full orchestra of Arumba and Angklung. And the session of 'Play Angklung Together' was also beyong expression. I was really impressed and feels like I always wanted to go back again and again. Speechless...
