I came to know about Trip Factory through one of my friends who had been to Andaman and Nicobar tour through your organized package. When I logged in to your site, Mr Royan briefed me about Trip Factory and helped me finalise my itinerary according to my preference. He also offered me a good discount. I received the vouchers and a copy of the itinerary on time. Trip Factory was also keeping a track of the accommodation in Port Blair to see to it that we got the best hotels. Accordingly they changed our hotel at Port Blair. We received our pick up details prior to our departure. Upon arrival at Port Blair, we were greeted by the Dream Journey representative. All ground transfers, ferry drop and pick up, excursions were well planned and punctually co-ordinated. We were always informed about our next day's schedule the day prior. They took utmost care of our safety, convenience and comfort during our sight-seeing visits. We were accommodated in the best of the hotels as per our scale in all the places we visited. My trip started on 4th feb monday. Resort Tio was the best property that was suggested, services were good . 2nd n 3rd day was our sightseeing, driver allotted was very genuine and kind. 4th day was our drop to airport, again driver was very kind. Had very peaceful and safe journey. Alok was the best and i would like to take trip with Alok Sharma who gave me such a memorable and awesome experience. Thanks to Alok and his guidance

Being honest here.. trip factory is the best choice to plan your trips.. My consultant named Falak really arranged evrything and kept me updated since the day i enquired.. Maintining a very friendly and helpfull relation.. i have already recommended many of my friends. If you want to plan your trip, tripfactory is the best and afordable option.

Had organised a trip to Dubai with Trip factory. Falak ws my organiser. The trip was well organised and customised as per my requirements.

Overall has a good experience. All bookings, pick- ups , drops were well on time. Falak was quite prompt with her reverts.

Help on detailed cost structure will help. Also accommodating some last minute requirements should be paid attention to coz it’s the tour guys who know the best, travellers are new so tour operators should ideally give appropriate suggestions.

Overall experience with all arrangements done was excellent exceeding my expectations. There was no confusion with the itinerary and instructions.
I have a suggestion regarding the pick up that was arranged for us. 50 mins was the time the pick up was supposed to wait for us outside the airport at Singapore. But it was 65 mins by the time we came out and the pick up had left. The delay was due to the rush at immigration counter and we were helpless. At least in future the pick up driver has to be instructed to try and contact us by phone once we are late and wait for us understanding the situation.
Next comment on the city sight seeing booked was a waste of time. 1 hour was spent in going round and picking up tourists from their respective hotels. Then we were informed about a boat ride and we bought tickets and spent another hour and a half. Later half an hour visiting chinese temple and another 45 mins in a chocolate outlet. This half day city tour needs a overhauling.
Travel expert was available to patiently answer our queries and promptly arranged refunds for the activity booked and was cancelled due to technical snag.
On the whole Job well done by Trip Factory.

It was a very refreshing trip to Maldives. The perfect getaway for an ideal vacation for couple travellers and honeymooners. The weather was great. A big thanks to trip factory for managing all bookings and being there throughout the trip. There was a lot of negotiation as well, but at the end trip factory gave us the best deal and we are happy to have chosen to book via you guys. Overall experience of the trip was good. Bookings and other arrangements during the trip was also good. Dinner arrangement at Marina Cruise and Desert Safari was below expectations. The taste of the food was so bad that we had to go out for dinner on both the days. If possible this should be improved. Falak (Trip Factory) and Royal Arabian folks were quite good and they helped us during the entire trip, right from scratch till end of the trip.

The local travel pallner at Bali Practo have arranged everything very professionally, and the the local guide have taken good care of all the things.

Trip to Dubai was a gift to my parents and they really enjoyed it.
To start with the tour description, let me start with the booking phase. Miss Shruthi had been really helpful and was really dedicated to make changes as per my requirements. She was also well aware about Dubai and hence, was able to make quality suggestions for the trip. So 5 out of 5 rating for her. The trip portal was self descriptive and i could check the booking progress as per my convenience.
The trip was well planned and all deliverables stated in the brochure were provided true to the word.
But, there were few hiccups too. My parents are not tech savvy so the communication between them and tour operators was little patchy and somehow my parents missed the transfer back to airport. So it would be really great if Tripfactory could sensitise the on-field operators in these special cases.
Nevertheless, the trip was really great and i would really like to plan my future travels with Tripfactory. Kudos!

The trip was great and well arranged from start to end.

My trip to Singapore with trip factory was a fantastic experience. Mrs Julie and Mr Kiran from trip factory were the co ordinators for the trip. Everything was very well arranged and trip seemed to be flawless. All went as per the itenary and cab pickups were on time without any delay. I would recommend trip factory to anyone who wants yo travel abroad or in India too. They do a great job :) Thanks team again.

Very Pleasant experience, great arrangements. All our requirements were accommodate on time & were exact on our expectations. We had came up with an additional day plan in between our trip and it was appreciable arranged within an hour. Best is the prompt reply from them throughout the trip.

Our trip was an awesome experience. Hotels, coordinators and hospitality was great. Trip factory representatives were very helpful and kind in booking our tour. Kudos to Yasmeen and her team for helping us make this trip a memorable one.

Overall the trip was good but had some challenges
1. The Hotel GB oceania which was not good but i was informed that the hotel was good and had good services.
The breakfast given by hotel (packed) was of very less quantity and bad taste, didn't think of the guest
AC was not working in the room and ice was falling from the AC vent
Toiletries were not good. Shampoo was of bad quality, no slippers and no body lotion
2. In Havelock, The stay was for 2 days, on first day when we reached, it was about to cover Radhanagar beach and
another day was for Kala Pathar beach and 4th day was for elephant island
Here, on 4 day the return makruzz was at 11:45 AM before which we had to cover Elephant Island as per schedule
which is not at all possible. Elephant island needs atleast half of the day. Bad planning by the agent. Kalapathar
beach requires only 2 hours which can be done in the morning as it is mainly for photoghraphy.
Ultimately :: Poor Planning
3. There was strike in Havelock of the another day of reaching. Radhanagar beach and kalapathar beach which were actually covered on the same day of reaching could have been postponed to another day covering Elephant Island on that day since elephant island was not working on the day of strike. The local company Dream Journey said they had already informed tripfactory about the strike but TF denied that. Strike was preplanned 15 days before. Our schedule could have been arranged according to the strike, We missed the elephant island.
Overall : Arrangements from TF and Dream Journey were good but there was poor planning.

The place is really good, Must visit, Cheapest cost of the travel with TF. Must visit.

This was the first experience with Trip Factory, upon suggestion from my friend.
Overall very good service, all the queries were handled in very professional manner by trip coordinator Taha Khanum.
All the arrangements were as per plan, and complete trip was well organized, up to our satisfaction.
Will definitely recommend to friends & relatives, & surely Trip factory will be my first preference for my future trips.
