Flight options and Itinerary options could have been better

It was well organized trip thanks to Shruthi who is my tour organizer taken care all aspects but only upset from tripfactory is with hotel @ Amritsar which is not to upto the mark and missed the khajjiar and chamba due to heavy snow they would have taken other route to reach that place overall my experience is awesome thanks to Shruthi who made my trip memorable

The hotel was good.. everything was well organised expect the day 6 where the transportation was not arranged and had to follow up a lot and then finally got it arranged. Initially the point of contact was Manu who left the organisation and what he had told was different and later it was handed over to Priya. I felt she didn’t take much initiative for explaining things and when ever I asked her any query I didn’t get proper response. I would like to go with trip Factory for next trip but not with Priya as my point of contact

When the travel is planned for early check in had to be taken care by the trip factory and that can be changed, when traveling with family it is a challenge, the kids will be very tried, please take care about that. Rest all was very beautifully arranged

We were satisfied except internal shuffle of itinerary was not allowed and vehicle timing was not managed

Loved the plan and organization of the team. Everything to T was planned. Appreciate the 24x7 telegram care service.
Poonam helped me throughout the process. Was happy with the transport.
All hotels except Samrat was good. Samrat at Shimla was old ,dirty and small. I believe we could have got a better hotel outside shimla at the same price.
Itinerary was brilliant except for Kufri. Kufri is filled with sludge and fraudsters. The path to peak during December is too crowded and dangerous. The view at the peak is not worth the money and risk we take.I wish in future this will be communicated to customers.

It was really a great experience with trip factory. They have organised my thailand trip very well and i am fully satisfied with that. Thank you for a well organised trip .

It Was a nice experience in Maldives, Nishant D (Trip Factory) provided a nice suggestions and different options and combinations according to our desires.

Trip was good ,fantastic.
Pros:
1) On time pick up everytime for every place.
2) Trip was not totally hactic. Proper rest was there.
3) Two of one hotel (krabi resort) was fantastic and at great location.
4) Good on time support through telegram app.

Cons:
1) Though pick was on time. But still no contact details for driver or coordinator is sent. Incase of mismatch in timing this would create issue.
2) Location like PHI PHI island which is one the most important location of Thailand was missing.
This should come through expertise of travel agency as they better about the famous locations.
3)Hotel from phuket was good though but bad smell was there. There could have been better option for that.
4) 4th day was only half day tour. Though it was enough but could have been managed by adding one or two more locations from morning.

Overall i am happy with my trip. Would contact tripfactory for my next trip also.

This was my first time to abroad (dubai)
It was really good ,miss sanchita was very very helpful and cooperative from the day I enquired till the final day of our visit,from flights to pick up and everything in the trip was just smooth and easy going,visas and other confirmation tickets were sent to mail prior to our travel and telegram app was used for information and yes definitely I would recommend trip factory to everyone.thank you.

I had a very good experience with trip factory, all because of my cousin Akshit Roy. I was not sure how to plan my vacation within my budget, but Akshit worked on this with me very patiently. He had to repeatedly work on my plan considering my needs. I am really thankful for his patience and planning my vacation so well. I will definitely refer him in case any of my relatives are planning any holidays.

During the trip, the only thing that I found could have been better is the prior details about the accommodation that I was supposed to get, for example I got a Non AC room at one of the places but my expectation was of an AC room. Although it was resolved the next day when I pointed it out. But still it matters to me.

This year the experience was very good except the driver. He was good human being however he was taking us to the hotels where he wanted to stop. 2 times for a toilet break he took near about an hour to stop. He was showing resistance to the plan made by us especially to the hotels where we wanted to have lunch.

We had an amazing trip @ Thailand 8 days. Thanks to Trip Factory for a hasstle free and perfect trip. Ved Anand (our Trip Factory travel expert) and team resolved any queries immediately. Ved is the best at what he does. Thanks for everything buddy!
Coming to our trip, we were looking for a land and sea package and thus Thailand fit into our bucket perfectly. Our itinerary included Pattaya, Bangkok, Phuket and Krabi islands.
Highlights:
Phi Phi is an out of the world paradise
Krabi is very picturesque and offers great views
Water sports are a must try
Alcatzar show is an eye candy
Pubs and night life are best at Bangkok
Beach markets at Phuket are bustling and offers the best shopping experience
Overall an excellent holiday!

It was the first time my 3 year old daughter to travel on a plane and abroad. We had a marvellous time. Thanks to Naphisaker who was so patient with us in arranging everything and listening and changing hotels according to what we desired. Finally everything was arranged from the pick up to the hotels and going for safaris n beaches...my daughter had a splendid time. As a family it was a worthwhile experienced. Thank you Naphisaker and the entire team of TripFactory who coordinated our journey.

I and my frn went for a trip to Sri Lanka with trip factory. The trip was well planned and organized, our stay was very comfortable with no hassle. Being two girls the trip was completely safe and we did not face any difficulty. Thanks to our travel coordinator Mr Zaid who was always there to answer all our queries and clear our doubts.
