It was pleasure trip. We have enjoyed thoroughly. The tour program was well organised. Hotel was decent located near airport and the main place - Kuta beach.
The driver cum Guide was very nice, polite and learned person. He spoke English quite fluently.
Overall excellent and quality time spend with family.

Had a trip to bangkok organised by tripfactory... through kamini Sharma... Very happy with the services provided... could not ask for anything more..Very professional team at work.

Over all trip was good ,but one in convinience is that we got hotel room late, flight reached early and get the room late in hotel. Time to see the place was less . Travel was more from the place.

I had booked this trip for my honeymoon and i was not aware which place shud i select for my honeymoon but my travel agent ved anand assisted me so nicely n selected the best places in thailand for honeymooners.
Firstly i was little tensed before the trip but wen i visited all the places i had a sigh of relief n came back to mumbai wid unforgettable memories n all the places were i went were the most Romantic Destinations ever seen by me.

Good management of the whole trip through the telegram app.Repeated reminders fa our pick ups.All attractions tickets sent on telegram one day prior only.This made it very easy fa us to get the entries quickly.On the whole a good experience.Will surely travel again with trip factory.

Except day 1 and 2 stay at Mannat hotel where the stay and food was bad, the trip was arranged well. The driver, Hafiz Hussein who accompanied us from day 2 was excellent and very helpful. Our contact person Ms. Afshan was very pro active and helpful. It was a memorable trip.

I got best deal from tripfactory comparatively other sites.. Also, I got very best support from the expert. I’ll definitely plan my future trips from tripfactory and recommend to other friends. Trip was very memorable only because of tripfactory..

Our trip plan to Phuket - Thailand and it's execution was perfect. We have returned absolutely delighted with great memories. I would like to thank Naphisaker - our advisory for taking our queries patiently and customizing the plan.
My recommendation is that the travelers should be given options of upgrade once a plan is finalized. For example, we stayed in The Bliss South Beach Patong, our room in plan was Superior Sea View. Would have appreciated an option to take one level up i.e. Deluxe Sea View Room, since our rooms view was slightly blocked being on 1st Floor (India / Its second as per Thai). Deluxe Rooms were on Second Floor (India). Also in case of our cruise to Phi Phi - we upgraded our tickets by paying extra at the venue. It would have been great if that was suggested, we would have preferred to upgrade while we had made our booking.
I appreciate that Trip Factory has managed everything as per the commitment made in the package. We look forward to take your services in future!

Cherry on top was the romantic candle light dinner arranged at Jimbaran Beach Resort. Food was excellent, courteous and smiling Staff and mainly a perfect location with evening throwing mesmerizing colors in sky. A Lifetime memory for sure...

The driver cum guide ,Mr. Zubair , was also friendly & cordial . The route to all the tourist places was clearly planned. Initially would like to Thank Vijay And Mohammed who assisted me in selecting the entire Itinerary. They were very courteous and were giving very Helpful advise, Thank You

Then in Kashmir we were really to have a great Guide Mr Riyaz. He was the guide come driver ( but would like to call him a guide). He was very courteous , smiling and kind. A very fun loving and great entertainer.

He use to guide us on where to go, where to purchase, what is kashmir famous for? it nice to have someone who helps and makes your stay comfort and happy

infact we didnt like the property at Srinagar - Shefaf. Though the staff is very good. But property not maintained and away from City.. And Riyaz was kind enough to speak to the hotal to give us the best room

He had a connect and a great relationship with all Hotels. And ensured we were treated well.

Though the month of Ramadan was going on he never complaint not crib. Was always happy to show us the places.

We were very happy when Trip factory upgraded us to the 5 star Boathouse. it was beautiful.

The day we were leaving as Riyaz was having another guest we were given another driver Mr Imitiyaz. Who too was a great Driver and a great entertainer.

Was really happy with everyone services and well behaved attitude.

Hi Trip Factory Team,

Ms. Fouzia Sultana is very polite and helpful. She is having good knowledge and conveys it to client in a decent manner.

My trip to Kuala Lumpur & Singapore was well planned. I found all the sightseeing pickups, tickets etc. in place as per Itinerary.

There were only two issues which i faced during my trip: -
1) Cab driver provided to me at Malaysia was very rude.
2) The room which was booked for me at Singapore, Hotel V Lavender. The room was very very small which was far below my expectations.

Overall my experience was good and TF helped me to make my Parents 50th Wedding Anniversary memorable at Singapore & Malaysia.
