We booked a trip to Amritsar, Dalhousie and Dharamshaala in the month of May 2019. Overall very satisfied with the arrangement and services provided by trip factory. The hotel rooms, the taxi service, the logistics everything worked out perfectly. In fact we were very apprehensive about the quality of the hotel rooms at Dharamshaala and Khajjiar, but they turned out to be better than expected! Specially I need to mention about Vijay Gn who provided us very valuable advise to us about every aspect of the trip, good job Vijay!

However I have a few concerns wherein Tripfactory will need to focus more on. They are as follows:

1. The driver Ajay allocated although drove very well and never made us feel uncomfortable seemed to have very little knowledge of the prominent tourist hotspots in Amritsar city. He asked us to switch on GPS everytime we asked him to take us to the golden temple area!!! Everytime he looked lost and eventually switched to GPS which always guided the vehicle through the very narrow bylanes (where the vehicle would be stuck) and we had no option but to head back to where we started from and ask local people for better routes!! This happened at least thrice. Additionally he always gave us wrong information about these spots, one example wherein he told us that shorts are allowed inside Golden Temple, however when we walked in we were not allowed!


Tripfactory needs to ensure that the drivers who accompany he tourists have a more professional approach, wear a badge, know the places where the tourists need to be taken to and also be fully aware of the rules and regulations.


2. We were clearly informed that we don't have to pay for the driver's food, however the day we landed in Amritsar and had lunch, we had to pay on behalf of the driver, I even inquired this on the telegram group where it was again confirmed that I am not supposed to pay. But seemed like Trip factory did not communicate to the tour operator correctly. However the driver was courteous enough to understand the concern and started paying for himself for the rest of the trip

3. The driver is not provided a copy of the itinerary of which all places need to be covered as per the package. We had repeated differences with the driver whenever we read out of the itinerary about the places we are supposed to visit, he would politely decline that he was not informed about the place. It took a lot of convincing from us to make him take us to the places we wanted to go and that was written and agreed in the itinerary. I would not like to hold the driver at fault here as he is not given the list of places to be covered during the trip.
Trip factory needs to make sure the local tour operator is trained well in all these aspects to make the experience even more memorable and would make people want to come back again and again!

Hello, Overall experience with trip factory was a Pleasant one.I would recommend to other's. But do your homework follow the guidelines be on time everywhere.

Overall trip was excellent. Hotels were good. Properly organized. Suggest you to provide cost of activities tentatively so we do not get confused and being over charged. Thanks for this wonderful experience. Totally satisfied.

I have spent 5 days / 4 nights with your plan.
Hotel was good with nice breakfast.
TOur was also planned nicely and execution & support was also good.
I would like to put some negative about Seat IN couch cordination which was not excellent.
SInce you are using messenger where you cant share the active location of the vehicle or driver.
There was no confirmation call from driver. he just come and go even if we were present there. Our calls are not answered by them , forget expectations about their call.
You can use whatssapp group with vehicle location. Also you should confirm driver name , number and vehicle number.
I think, Tripfactory should improve on vehicle cordination.

Well organised with clear information and a support group on telegram meant we had a flawless and a smooth trip. Only improvement could be to sort out issue of of additional payment for new services where an Indian can’t use his account or card due to OTP issues. Probably take a refundable deposit of a few thousand INR or think out of the box. I had to take the help of a friend in India to do the needful. Padma, my spoc at TripFactory was an amazing and assuring support throughout! Overall, a pleasant experience and a glitchfree trip! Also I think one should negotiate harder, going by the conversation I had with other travelers who had booked through TripFactory!! I would definitely recommend TripFactory if you are planned a family trip.

Overall experience with Tripfactory was good all through the lifecycle; Padma was very cooperative in clarifying our queries and supportive of any requests. However pickup from Male airport to the resort was not coordianted well (the Telegram support was not useful as Male airport didnt have any wifi) and we have to find out way to reach the resort through the counter the resort had setup. This needs to be properly coordinated in future.

Our trip was awesome, I liked the hotels.It was well organised.Happy with the service.

Overall a good experience, would have been better if the pick up time was intimated a day earlier to be ready accordingly at the hotel and the wait time for pick up from the hotel for daily tour was 2 hours or more so there was lot of suspense which keep you guessing till you have the driver calling you.
rest all fine, good use of telegram, also some last day changes in itinerary was not possible as pick up time changed 3 times so could have made use of half day available.

The resort Wyndham sea pearl resort was highlight of our trip as it was just beautiful resort with beautifully arranged spacious rooms and facilities. The whole process of Tripfactory has won me over, the travel expert Mr. Anil Rana who built the trip as per our inputs, then the telegram group for prompt service, the daily trips arranged were very good experience. On one of the day we required a city tour which was immediately arranged by Mr. Sadiq and Mr. Faiz with the help of local agent. I awould definitely comeback again for other trips and also recommend it to all my friends and family.

It was a very nice trip and well codinated trip by Trip Factory, we had gone to Thailand . There was people to receive us from the airport and van to take us to various places with a guide. This was my 4th trip with trip factory and second trip to Thailand, and it was planned beautifully by the trip factory consultants. The Hotels were very nice and well placed so that we could explore the area on our own without any problems. Pickup and Drop was on time and good, the sight seeing was planned perfectly.
Special Mention to Akshit Roy for helping us plan the trip and supported us throughout the trip, even with our last minute change in plan in Phuket.
Krabi : - the Hotel rooms were spacious and staff was welcoming, the Hotel was 2 mins walking from Ao Nang night market and 15 minutes from beach and shopping area.
Phuket :- The Hotel was in mid of city center and spacious, next to Banzan Market and right opposite to Bangla street for shopping. 5 minutes from walking street, famous for night life.
Bangkok :- the Hotel was in heart of city next to the BTS station which made commute easy, very close to Pratunam market , Indra mall and night market.

We had very memorable Andaman trip.The trip factory people helped us a lot in every step during our tour .I say great thanks to all members of trip factory.

It was a great experience , our consultant Priya took care of the changes we requested and trip factory team had arranged everything very well right from cabs to sight seeing to hotels , it was comfortable , except i had requested them to move dhow cruise to day 1 , they confirmed it was done but when we went they said it was booked for the 2nd day , i immediately contacted the trip factory people and they took care of the issue within matter of 10 to 15 minutes , their 24x7 telegram support was very awesome which helped us to stick to schedule , i would definitely recommend others to choose Trip Factory if they are planning for a vacation.
