Punctual pick up from locations, kind attention and the overall service was really good. It was a great experience with Trip Factory. All the tours were organised in a very well manner. But i could not get much support from their telegram support services.

Trip was customized to our needs. Once we landed in Bali, our driver welcomed us.
Driver was very punctual on everyday, flexible and very professional.
Overall trip was really good.

Like any other first time foreign country Traveller I was quite sceptical and hesitant about how will the trip turn out and advance payment. But I must say Lohit and the whole of trip factory team ensured that v had no trouble in all our pre travel requisites and the whole of trip. We got to enjoy more than what was mentioned in the itenerary. Everything including the visa process, hotel stay, commutation, food was amazingly planned and executed. I had been to Dubai with my family for 5 days. Everyone is extremely happy with the trip. We got instant assistance when v had queries even when we were travelling.
All in all totally recommendable source and best part was the trip cost was extremely reasonable.

Trip to Amritsar, Dalhousie and Khajiar was very good.5 of us ( ladies only)had gone on this trip. The arrangements we're very good.we enjoyed so much with comfortable hotels.The hotels booked were very neat with a very good staff.We had no problem throughout our trip.Thanks to Trip factory for organizing so we'll.Hope it will continue with such good service.

Very helpful n proactive support

We had a good time. Continued support was received from your support staff at telegram application. Well coordinated by the local tour operators . Hotel at Bangkok was moderate. At Pattaya it was very good. On the whole a good and memorable trip. Thanks specially to Ms. Piscella Mam.

Had very good trip to Dubai. All the arrangements are good. The vehicles reported in the time mentioned in the tour schedule. Had very good support from our focal point Ms Maria Priyadarshini.

Need some more focus attention from other team. For eg, I received Visa copy as attachment for my booking confirmation voucher, which is wrong attachment, on the day of my travel. Thanks to Ms Maria for sending the wright one even though it is Sunday.

Yeah we had a good trip. Quite organized and all went to plan. The chauffers were courteous and helpful. Overall a very satisfied experience.

The trip was excellent. All the hotels were awesome especially the house boat. Our trip advisor Salman Pasha is a great person and he helped us with everything possible. Our trip driver was also very nice person. It would have been better if Eravikulam National park was included in the trip. Overall it was a great experience. Hopefully we will book a trip with you again.

I would like to thank Taqsheel, Clinton, Sameer who were front ending this trip for me and my family and very patiently worked internally with their team to made this trip after so much trouble from june to sept and made Dubai trip successful.

Let me describe it in just one word an "AWESOME" experience. It was an nice feeling everything in order nicely arranged by TripFactory. Firstly, I thank Sowmya for the support provided in the entire process. And the next best part is that from the time we have landed in the Port Blair Airport the Trip Factory Coordinators were of great support till we returned.

I liked the whole process with Trip Factory especially the option of customizing our packages. Shruthi was helpful in the whole process - guiding us to choose the best options.

Bali trip was well organised, we did not have any troublesome experiences. The only grievance was on our Day4 which was reserved for the water sports. The vendor throughout was in a hurry, and we felt the whole thing was not worth it.

Except that the ICS drive/guide, hotels were all up to the mark and gave us a great memorable experience.
