Wonderful experience as a first timer with my family .Stay and food were up to mark expect I would suggest to check with locality of the accommodation as it could be unsafe at times rest is all on the positive side .I highly recommend tripfactory.Every penny spend is worth.Thank you and hope to travel again soon.

Had a great experience traveling with Tripfactory. Had traveled to Europe recently with Tripfactory.
All the places were covered as per the itinerary, had good support from Tripfactory team and our tour manager also managed the things very well. Had great support from my travel expert Vidya Thorwath throughout the trip irrespective of weekdays or weekends. The hotel we stayed was really good and the best part was Indian meals was been arranged .
The only thing is Tripfactory didn't manage well was the pickup from airports. As I was travelling alone, there was no name plate on my name and it was hard for me to manage it. I hope Tripfactory take this very seriously as it causes too much of trouble for the people traveling alone.
Otherwise everything went really well and had a good experience overall. Would recommend Tripfactory to everyone.

I had recently been with trip factory on a Europe trip. This was my first time with them. Overall I think it was total value for money. One of the few tours where I didn't have to spend any additional amount during the trip than what was paid before leaving. Mostly good hotels, all key places covered & decent Indian food. However there are few areas for improvement such as better visa handling process, wi fi facility on bus during the tour & better area to hook hotel in Paris. I would surely recommend them to my friends.

The trip was fantastic. Every arrangement done by trip factory was of great quality. It was complete value for money. We never felt lost and confused from the planning phase complete assistance was there. There are couple of things to be improved.
I could not get the Matrix SIM. Though, I alerted well before about this, I was told by Matrix people that they didn't receive mail. Also, the contact person Mr. Stanly, you had mentioned didn't pick up the call at all. However, thanks for responding to my pings though it was late night.

I could not buy Matrix SIM myself as there was boarding call. Finally, I had to spend in Singapore Airport $32 for the SIM. I was told that this would be reimbursed. Please help to get that done.

However, overall it was good.

Accommodation: It was good. One complaint is that they allow check-in only at 3 PM instead of 2 PM.

Transportation: It had been planned well. Though, there were some hiccups, which are understandable.

Package & Tickets : It was good. However, could have given headsup on tickets, which needs to be redeemed. eg., Universal Studios

It was Good trip, Timely pickup, Hotel, every thing good.

At the start we were a little bit skeptical because we never heard of this company but the trip was really great and smooth without any trouble. Everything was managed perfectly and on time. The communication and the itinerary were very professional.

It was a joyful memorable well planned and executed trip. Overall a value for money trip. I Personally congratulate the entire team. As we are vegetarians, we had some problems for food. I request you to think about it.

It was a really awesome trip. No hassles absolutely. All the hotels arranged were damn good, transfers provided were outstanding and everything went as per itinerary.We clearly felt that our expectations exceeded when on last day itinerary said lunch not included but to our surprise it was also provided. professional management, helpful, friendly and cost effective. Our association is going to be long with Tripfactory. Thank you so much for the awesome arrangements.

Good and memorable trip

Glad we made this trip to Kashmir, very apprehensive at first however trip factory made it possible.
Our travel advisor Mohamed Gouse was very patient in taking through each and every detail, giving us the confidence to go for it,providing us with multiple options to meet our needs and budget.
The entire tour was very well organized,teamed with a good driver to take us through Kashmir.
Regarding the hotel stay, Srinagar, Gulmarg was excellent, stay at Pahalgam in my experience somewhere near the market area would have been preferred.Food was amazing at all places.
Regarding site seeing, not really possible to cover all places, however we were on a trip to enjoy nature and have a relaxing vacation and we did make it memorable one.Overall our trip went very smooth with no hurdles whatsoever.Definitely recommended !

It was well planned tour but they should provide water bottles when we travel outside the city

About trip, Bali was a great experience with many positive and a few negatives.
Park regis-4.5/5, fantastic experience, strongly recommend to others.
Alam Puisi-4/5, beautiful beautifulll place, sweet and helpful people, lot of technical problems we experienced like wifi, AC, dirt in swimming pool, lighting poor. Rest was great, substantially recommend.
ICS support was great in almost all regards-4/5, driver (Yoga) was very sweet and helpful but very poor in knowledge as a guide. He felt insulted when i refused to go to more locations renting his car on my planned rest day.
Some major negatives were= 2 rounds of minor earthquakes gave us sleepless nights and we were robbed by an Arab man and his wife for 100$.
SCUBA, watersports a big "NO NO" not worth, not fun, strongly not recommended.

Bali is not as safe as was advertised by many, so would recommend TripFactory to advice travelers about phone snatchers, arab guy with hus magic tricks and to avoid walking outside after 9:30-10pm.

I must say I was apprehensive at first as I had not heard about tripfactory. I received really good service. In Singapore, everything was well organised, since it was required we have a Singapore number, we were given the Matrix card from here and all was smooth. Malaysia too the guides were accomodating, we would be contacted on WhatsApp since we didn't have a Malaysian number. We would recommend a different hotel in Malaysia as we had a bad experience where after ordering room service in time, we were told the kitchen was closed and we would not get anything to eat. In Thailand, especially Pattaya, it seemed as if it was a crime we committed by not taking a Thai mobile number. The guide did not introduce us as our guide and we were left guessing as to who she was. Here I must say the tripfactory team stepped in to provide us our details daily and that was good. In Bangkok too we were first unable to get in touch with the guide but then thanks to the tripfactory team stepping in we had a smooth trip. Special mention has to be made for Mr. Sarosh who patiently helped us plan this trip as per our specifications, made all modifications for our convenience and though of details we may not have. I feel the cost could have been a little less i.e. after going there and talking to other people on other tours but overall we had peace of mind to enjoy knowing that there was team who no matter what time of day, was always responsive and helpful.

-> Creating Telegram group to inform and resolve issues was helpful.But driver's information was not provided for drop to hotel from attractions. Providing this would have helped.
-> No/minor delay in pickup/drop.

Thailand package. I had no intention of booking. Just browsed Trip factory to check the deals and how much it would cost. One guy Thiru pinged me and started having a chat about Itenary. I would first like to thank Thiru [who is not working with Trip factory anymore.] who changed my Itenary 8 times with full patience and same smile ... He was the one who convinced me for the trip. And we are 100% satisfied.. There were many other guys who helped us the whole trip. But thiru was the best..
Hotels booked for us was okay, breakfast was also ok, Arrangements pick up n drop was the best. Had no problem for 7 days in Thailand. 
Suggestion for others : Please give more time to Phuket & krabi. we took only one day trip to Phi Phi islands. stay in phuket for at least 2 nights, 3 days. so that you can cover both james bond island on one day and Phi Phi the other day.
Felt safe with Trip factory. There messaging system Telegram, was the best. when ever you ping, there is someone who responds to you. Awesome support team. Please keep up the good work.

One suggestions -As per the Itenarary you have given Driver and guide as a same personal. I would like to suggest that in that case you must pick up the drivers who can communicate well with the tourist, unfortunately the driver cum guide assigned for our trip is only very good driver ,he knows all routes and places and pathetic guide because of communication and his knowledge about places in perspective from a tourist. Please be more choosy in selecting Drivers cum Guide as a single person from ICS for trip factory clients.

Hi, I had travelled to Singapore through trip factory. All the arrangements made were excellent. Hotel was in the heart of the city and easily accessible. Pick and drop was arranged very efficiently.
