Tour arrangements were good. boarding and lodging facilities were excellent. We family members enjoyed the trip. But we were annoyed by the local poney people and petty sellers. They were not allowed to enjoy the nature. Pl complain same to Tourism Department of Kashmir

I think it's very imp to have a feedback loop where you're constantly thinking about what you've done & how you could be doing it better.

All the arrangements done by trip factory during or trip to Europe was really good. More worthy for the amount paid by us.

Request to book hotels near to the city mentioned in the itenary so that we can utilize available time by visiting nearby places.

All the major places were covered as per the itenary & food arrangements was awesome .

We all family members are satisfied with the arrangements made. Boarding and Lodging facilities were excellent. We are annoyed by the Pony and small traders in around Dal lake and other picnic places. Please raise the issue with the Kashmir Tourism department.

Excellent well managed trip to Thailand. The package rates were highly reasonable for 2 of us. 4star hotels were booked. The private transfers were excellent with no problems whatsoever for co-ordination. Better hotel options in 4 star can be explored esp in Bangkok. Good VALUE-4-money pack. Recommended.

1. All the places and activities mentioned in the Itinerary was met.
2. Well planned places
3. There should have been some flexibility to modify the Itinerary during the trip also
4. Some of the places were not worth of spending time e.g Hot springs in Jetiluwih, instead Tanah Lot temple or Uluwatu could have been planned. The water in Hot springs in Jetiluwih were too dirty to step in

It was wonderful experience with trip Factory.

The trip got ended , we reached home safely. Kashmir was nice place to visit . The natural scenery is something very peculiar about Kashmir . I thought of stopping and taking a halt at one place just to collect the stillness and silence hidden in the mountains but that wasn’t possible. We had to cover a larger slice in the trip . Thanks to Tripfactory and team to make my honeymoon extraordinary.

Experienced one of a well hospitality of all time but due to weather situation some locations been missed but to cater such time need to plan any other activities alternately as we are visiting the place to enjoy & entertain but being leisure is not done.
