The trip was great!! We had a great time...thanks dharminder for your wonderful itinerary..everything was very well organised we did not encounter any trouble during our trip..thanka for that again. But one thing we were not very much satisfied was about the hotel in manali..the hotel was just average and the food there too..apart from that everything was excellent.. the car driver was too good and he was very patient enough to explain things to us..once again thanks to trip factory and special thanks to dharminder Singh for organising such a wonderful package...

My feedback is as follows :

Upsides
- Very swift responses on queries
- Meenakshi has been extremely patient & responded to all queries to satisfaction
- Trip reality was as per itinerary
- Cabs arranged were of excellent quality
- Cab drivers were very polite and very punctual .
- Support team during our trip was available 24/7 & responded to our queries swiftly

Downsides
- Expect periodic updates on progress on booking . For example : Visa booking status , hotel / air ticket status .
- Full payment of travel is taken before travel . As a customer, I would expect quality services first , partial mandatory payment first and then after travel rest of payment or on last day , full payment
- Expect awareness of hotel Policies. For example : Ramada hotel asked for Singapore Dollar 400 security deposit refundable at time of check out for which I was not prepared.... then this hotel did not have any al carte dinner also .. so in case I wish to have dinner , I had no options to have same at this hotel...
- There should be some flexibility ( say + 15 min ). with timings of pick up and drop especially when one is going with family on a Leisure trip...otherwise there is it is not different than a group tour....

Summary :
On a whole trip was good as hotel, visa , air tickets booking had no issues... Sight seeing vouchers were given to me once I was there was in Singapore as discussed before travel...Support from trip factory team was great & they responded quickly .....
I would recommend travel bookings via Trip factory .....

Initially, I was a bit confused in booking the holiday package with Trip Factory over other like "Yatra, Make my trip, etc." but I must say it was a good trip with everything perfect & same as it was discussed & mentioned before the trip started.
It was a 4N/5D trip & from the very 1st day it was bang on target with everything in place.
The trip was customized as per our requirement & would really appreciate Rabbila Arfa for supporting & planning everything so smoothly.
The supporting team in Thailand was prompt enough to resolve any ongoing query.

Overall a very good experience. Would definitely be recommending trip factory to others & Looking forward next trip sooner. :) Cheers

Overall great experience. Tour had enough time to spend on all spots, Coral Island being the best of all. Would like to see more "Hindi/English" friendly guides as there's almost no communication due to language gaps.

Suggestion: The hotel Galleria 12 at Bangkok location was a bit off the main road. Except for a tuk tuk to drop from hotel to road, there were no means of transport. Also, the hotel had no view at all other than few construction buildings and the rooms were quite small in space. Would be nice if you could check out for other alternatives!

Tip Factory will definitely be our first preference on our next tours!

Th entire trip including logistics coordination was commendable. All aspects of the trip were as per commitment to the T. We felt the tour to be easy flowing all the way
Only two minor glitches to be brought to your notice ( I believe they were an exception rather than rule)
1. After lunch on June 14 (after Coral island visit), it took over 2 hours to transfer us back to the hotel (we had to wait for another couple from the same hotel where we were staying, who joined lot later for lunch and naturally their finished lunch very late). The assigned driver also behaved rudely with us asking us to hop from one van to another (both of us being senior citizens, it was a hard grind) just to pass some time before the other couple was ready to be picked up for drop
2. To add insult to injury, Mr Sourav promptly called to me address the alleged grievance of that driver rather than addressing my difficulty as a customer. In fact he was discourteous in his call , to say the least

One suggestion for you incorporate in your Thailand itinerary is the dress code for Coral Islands travel
-Guests to wear preferably shorts/women avoid sari if possible, wear slippers not shoes. This is because of your bitter experience by wearing jeans.sari and sports shoes !!!!!Motor boat travel splashes water all over, one has to wade through knee-thigh deep water to some extent while boarding as well as alighting

Our trip to HK was a happy and memorable trip. It was well planned and executed by Tripfactory. ......
Special Thanks to my friendly and helpful attendant /planner Fouzia who went out of her way to explain me everything in detail , take care of all our needs including those of the kids travelling with us. The Hotel which was very conveniently located , could have been better in terms of larger rooms and bathrooms, but considering the space constraint in HK it was still not bad .The half day tour was average in terms of sigh seeing (could have done on our own as well). The contact in HK was very helpful and friendly. Overall a great trip which we truly enjoyed.
Thanks to Tripfactory and Fouzia once again, and look forward to getting a great holiday deal/package through you again in the future .

1. About Phuket Patong Resort :- Resort was very good but the staff coordination was very bad means like they were not interested to help our problem
3.About Krabi:- Resort was very good I will give 5star for Ananta Burin Resort and staff coordination was ver best😊
Some miscommunication was there for four island tour.
But overall it was a very good trip
We would like to next trip from trip factory only.
No one else negotiate the package such good as trip factory.

I had booked Singapore and Bali package, my second booking with TF. And as marvellous my experience was last year, this time it was even better, especially the Bali tour. Not only TF gave me the best rates but also offered the best in services - hotels, tours, transfers and prompt customer support, whenever needed. TF team was always available for any tour related requirements - on whatsapp as well as on call. As I had said last year, TF is now my preferred travel partner: in such a way that I have given them the right of first refusal :-)

It was my first International Trip and you guys made it Memorable by adhering to my each and every request immediately.... Kudos to your WhatsApp support so quick and so helpful.... Singapore trip was more perfect than I had dreamt of... Thanks to the Local agents arranging each and everything on time.... Bit disappointed with Malaysia trip as pick ups were late all the time and time given for each attraction was not sufficient... We end up running here and there.... Would advise you to tell the local agent that rethink upon Malaysian Schedule.... But overall it was Wonderful experience.... Thanks Meenakshi and entire team of Trip Factory for all the efforts ...

It was awesome experience at Singapore and Malaysia. I would like to thank Trip Factory for making a Wonderful Itinerary for 7 days. All the local agents were helpful.

It was good and we enjoyed the lot.But while returning from Bali to Bangalore at Singapore airport the flight landed late and our luggage was not boarded in the Bangalore flight so we didn't received the luggage at airport.so from next time u give at least 2 to 3hours layer time so that we can come without tension.

This was my first trip on tripfactory. Special recommendation for Vijay who was very helpful in guiding me to good hotel and packages.
Now about the trip, the hotels were upto the mark except the one in gulmarg which not only had average rooms, but also had no wifi and network in the rooms. Most of the hotels had tasteless food. I liked the stay in the houseboat, where the food was exceptionally good.
About the cab driver, he was friendly and good, but i soon realised that he would take us to places for shopping where he would get commission. That part i didn't like.

Over all its was worth it all.

Planning another one soon to kashmir, then Maldives.i believe i will only be using tripfactory.

Tripfactory arranged for great memorable trip to Leh-Ladakh. They made the small group of four people family of ours feel very comfortable with a vehicle arranged at Leh to receive and until dropping us at Leh airport with a single driver
throughout the trip. They accommodated our request to change itenerory for staying at Pangong lake tent which otherwise would have been very
strenuous. There was a good support from tripfactory whatsapp group. Hotel/food was decent on standard package. Driver Mr Tundup was always ahead of time and very accommdative to requests

The trip was good except of quality of food in Nova Platinum Hotel.
