When i was thinking to plan a trip for singapore with my family frankly i was little worried as it was my first time that i was planning a trip outside india and thats why i decided to go with an agent who is expert in this field and i chose trip factory.
In a nutshell i will say overall work and support that team provided i am happy with their efforts and surely my trip was amazing.
To start briefly i would say:
Starting from the day when i booked my trip my advisor zaid was helpful and provided us all the necessary suggestions that are required.
When it comes to payment section i feel trip factory adds extra amount 1k-2k while paying through credit/debit cards which i feel should not be there.
With visa i will say it was the worst experience and visa team is the laziest team and moreover they dont responsd properly and because of them only my trip almost got cancelled also,but then the head of the conpany jumped in made sure that our trip doesnt gets cancelled and did all the necessary work.But i will again say if yiu are booking trip with trip factory make sure that they will give ur visa atleast two days before or you should only start bugging them before 1week so that they do their work on time and provide you the visas.
Travel and sightseeing part i will give out of out marks , as they delivered what they promised.
Hotel i would say , you should check that what type of rooms they are providing,for us it was a 4 star hotel but rooms were too small with no almirahs and i personally didnt liked that hotel.
Support staff will get full marks from my side as they were 24/7 available for any type of support that was required.
Totally it was an amazing experience in singapore and i would like to give one more chance to trip factory for my travel.

*****Awesome Ladakh trip with Trip factory *****

We (My husband, son and myself) travelled to Leh from 21st May to 28th May 2018. It was wonderful journey with Trip Factory facility and support.
On Day 1 and Day 2 we stayed at Leh in “Solpon Guest House”. It’s a home stay, Rooms are very clean and good, hot water facility was provided. Internet was also there. (not 4G speed, but it is ok to communicate). I will recommend this place.

As per the package, travel was supposed to be in a shared vehicle (Tempo Traveler) , But due to our good fortune, Trip Factory provided a XYLO car (At no additional cost) . As you can imagine 3 people travelling in a XYLO car is an awesome experience. Lot of room to sit and stretch. We got an excellent driver (Mr. PALDAN) . The driver was very knowledgeable and acted as a guide also for all the sightseeing places in Ladakh for us. A big thanks to Driver PALDAN for having the patience to stop at every beautiful site so that we could take some photos. Great thanks to Trip Factory expert Sourav for arranging this facility.

On Day3, we travelled to Nubra Valley and stayed in “Lharje Resorts”. It was very cold in this place. We got good south Indian food in this place and we enjoyed it. People were very good and helpful. We stayed the night at this place and returned to Leh , late evening on Day 4 .

On Day-5, we travelled to Pangong lake and stayed in “Camp Whispering Waves”. It’s a beautiful Tent House close to lake view. Here the climate fluctuates a lot. It was very windy and cold, Quite unbearable for south Indians. Management people provided extra woolen blankets and water heaters (hot water bag pads 😊). Still we struggled to sleep in this place. But we forgot all these by seeing the beauty of Pangong lake and location where we stayed.
I would suggest to anybody going to Ladakh, please contact Trip Factory. They are very good at organizing the trip. We did not have any problems with the food and stay, not much wait time seen for Flight transfers (very well-planned flight ticket bookings) and No delays seen for clarifications or queries, because they created WhatsApp group to communicate in case of any emergency or general queries.

Overall, Our trip to Ladakh was Excellent with Trip Factory. KUDO’s to SOURAV for arranging this facility.

it was pleasure to be a part of Trip factory holiday package,started with Falak to customise the whole itinerary as per our requirement & nicely guided for in between changes with whatsapp group of Trip factory.Mr.Clinton did well.
At the Dubai your team of Mrs Soni provided the necessity requirements when needed,at once we forgot to take ticket at Abu Dubai & was well guided by our team.
the only error i can tell was the food at Emirates flight round trip,we requested for jain meal by telling Falak & they said we dont have any request from your side & was told that we dont have even veg meal,expect Bun & one sweet.we dont even eat onion,so we requested for jain meal.

Very good experience.It wouldn’t have been easy for a group of 10 members to go for a holiday.But you made it easy.Very good hotels.Transportation also was excellent.Thanks to the whole team of Trip factory,especially Mr Avinash.We gathered a lot of wonderful memories.Looking forward to plan one more holiday with you.

All the hotels were fantastic only the one at Kovalam had very few staff and no intercom so we had to get down two floors if we required any thing and instead of providing a extra bed they put a mattress on the floor

Nicely arranged itinerary...well planned.. good hotel...Prisca has done it all superbly...she coordinated well...five stars for her...two suggestions to trip factory....1) don't offer lunch and dinner meal vouchers... at hotels where this are offered ,treats persons with voucher as cattles... pathetic service for guests carrying vouchers,poor food...the same hotels offer good food when u choose ala carte option..2)calling card provided should be activated well in advance otherwise lots of issues ...

Excellent arrangements for travel vehicles are good

Good coordination with Avinash and supported in many ways. Every day i was raising queries and Mr.Avinash responded very patiently and their team supporting alot. Small suggestion to the team , From Portblair to havelock ferry ship timing should mention so that customer will come to know the time slots and accordingly can be planned.

When it comes to Hotel coral cave serving food is very delay. if we order some thing it will take min 1hr. As we have Ordered food at 9PM and they have served at 11PM. so i recommend not to take diner in that hotel

When it comes to Trip factory service there is no comments. Its just Awsume and everythng has been planned as per plan provided.

Thoroughly satisfied with all the arrangements done with visa processing, giving support ,booking of hotels, sightseeing plans professionally executed ,pick up from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport during our 6 days visit to SINGAPORE.

Our Trip To Bali was wonderful. To start with Ms. Shruti did a good job in customizing our trip and passing on all the necessary information related to the trip. The Itinerary designed by Trip factory was perfect and all family members from Children to Senior Citizen enjoyed. The service provider ICS did a good job. The driver cum guide Mr. Wayan was caring and well behaved. The Vehicle "Toyota Hiace" provided to us during the trip was very comfortable.
Hotel Neo+ Kuta-Legian is a good hotel and at a good location.
Trip Factory should consider including Uluvaattu Temple and KECAK & Fire Dance in the normal itinerary.
Also in Water Sports negotiated rates should be available to the customers for additional games.
Overall a very good and memorable trip.

Very amazing trip. Well organized

We booked for Leh Ladakh, the trip was very well organized and customer support was good. The only thing, that was not as per expectation was a stay in Pangong Lake, I was expecting a stay in a tent to have clear Lake View, which was not the case and could not enjoy the amazing view from ten at any point of time. Rest, driver, hotels, meals, locations were good enough to enjoy the trip and queries were immediately solved during the tour by Priti, specially when there was a confusion in relation to flight timing on first day.
