Road travel planned was very hectic added with traffic chaos at every location. Very little peaceful time left during all 5 days. You should look at other travel options by which travel time can be reduced. In fact, trip should be separately planned for Manali & Shimla.

Few observations :-
1) When we landed in Delhi airport, we were waiting for a brand new Iooking Indigo to greet us, but what turned up was little disappointing, pretty old, seat altered , AC was not working properly to beat the Delhi heat ,
The only good thing in the car which came to pick us was the driver Onkar, who was affable.

Tripfactory team needs to ensure the upkeep and condition of the cars.

2) We had booked in Manali Inn hotel , seeing the images in the google and repeated assurances from Sangeetha.
But when we reached the hotel late in the night. disappointment was waiting in the doorsteps of the hotel, as lots of things in front of the hotel and inside the hotel ( some construction,/alteration work was going on )
WE were a little surprised , Tripfactory team could have guided to a better hotel , considering the trip cost collected
for eg :- The hotel staff on check in said he had upgrade our room, and he promised this room had a good view.
But when we pulled the room curtains, we were not happy with the view of petrol bunk, some broken construction materials. etc.

Tripfactory team needs to consider these detailed reviews seriously ( these reviews given to improve your services )
once again thanks to the trip factory team for the quick response and safe trip in the Himachal mountains.

This was my second trip with Tripfactory first being to Kashmir. The main reason to choose Tripfactory is the variety of options they provide to customize the trip according to your budget and convenience.
Except for minor issues here and there the overall trip went on really well .This time the team provided with a real time watsapp support group which was really helpful.
We did a 8-9 days Himachal trip covering Shimla-Manali-Dharamshala-Dalhousie from May 23rd 2018. We travelled by road from Delhi to Himachal. Its better to avoid Shimla due to the water crisis there. It was scorching hot and the hills were on fire at many places(forest fires). Since we stayed at Mashobra , closer to Shimla town it didn't affect us much. Mashobra was a cool place and hotel Summit Thistle Villas was good too.
Manali was very crowded with traffic block everywhere in the town. The trip to Rohtang pass started at 3 am from the hotel and we reached back to the hotel only at 10 pm. We couldnt cover Solang Valley due to this. There was heavy traffic block on the way to the Rohtang pass due to peak tourist season and the innova cabs (with permit) were asking for 14K-17K for the trip.We spent only 1 hour at the Rohtang top, rest all were roadblocks :-). However it was worth it. The Manali Hotel Khushboo resorts was more like a budget hotel , I dont think it can be classified as a 3 star. However they managed to give good service.
At Dharamshala we stayed at Imperial Clark's Inn and I would say it is a top class accommodation with nice view and lot of space around. We had issues with the accomodation (Hotel Blue Magnets) at Dalhousie as it was not as per our expectation and we had discussed this tripfactory.

The overall trip arranged by Tripfactory was good and i have already recommended them to my friends.

Really had a pleasant stay in Andaman and Havelock.
Very well organized plan and impressed with travel agents. Responded the queries on time.

I will recommend to my friends and families in future.

Overall a good experience...However, we were told that our stay at Port Blair would be in a 3 star accommodation, but the hotel there viz. Hotel Driftwood was no way a 3 star hotel..the service & amenities were not upto 3 star standards.

Bali arrangements were good and we enjoyed . But delhi arrangements were pathetic but Delhi cab driver was good..

Good Hotels stays. We were put up in Harper in kuta and kamuela villas. Both stays were great !

Thank you for all your efforts in putting together our itinerary. The arrangements were well done. Good job. Nothing to complain. I have suggested a few points in my email to Kunal. Will definitely make more such trips with you all.

Overall the trip was really nice one. We liked the way we got support from operators at Ladakh. The hotel selection at Leh city was nice and they were all good. The tent camp at Nubra and Pangong lake we good too. The driver was always helpful and he had required skills to drive on the difficult terrains of Chang La and Khardung La. The vehicle was good and well maintained as well. The hotels had 24x7 hot water supply and we really liked it.

On enhancement side we would like to suggest few things.
1. We traveled for 4 days in row, Leh to Nubra, Nubra to Leh, Leh to Pangong and Pangong to Leh. These were last 4 days of our stay and after arriving at Leh from Pangong in the evening we had to catch flight at 7:55AM the next day. The trip could have been Leh to Nubra, Nubra to Pangong and Pangong to Leh to avoid travel on 4 days on trot. There could have been one day after arriving to Leh from Pangong and then leave for Mumbai. Saves exertion and time both
2. Stay at Pangong is little tricky. After clicking photographs at Lake, there is nothing to do out there other than staying inside tent. It could be one day trip though it would mean almost 8 hrs of travel.
3. While booking the air tickets, we would have liked to have same PNR for both the flights Mumbai to Delhi and Delhi to Leh. Also the same could have been done for return journey. This would avoid claiming baggage as New Delhi, change terminal with baggage and check-in again.

Had a great Europe trip . The itinerary was well planned and executed . The hotels provided were comfortable. But the best part was that all meals,all entrance tickets ,visa charges ,etc were included in the package cost ,so no extra expenses except personal and no hidden cost . The meals were also vegetarian and Indian . Would have liked it if the detailed itinerary would have been given in advance so as to plan properly . Had a great experience with trip factory and would look forward to other packages with them.

The package trip was very good and we enjoyed. The whatsup group created was also helpful in the last minute confusion of VISA. Where in all were trying to coordinate and help us communicating. This is a great initiation from trip factory. Whats up group was really helpful.

A small thing made us unhappy that we were supposed to travel on 22nd but unfortunately due to delay in visa we were made to travel next day 23rd and on our request one of the program (Night Safari) of that particular day was combined with other day. We were promptly following it up by making several phone calls to your office on our visa, but sorry to tell that there was very poor response from the trip coordinator (account Manager) and your Visa team. Few days nearing our trip she stopped responding to our phone calls. She will never pickup. And on the day of travel also we they were giving false assurance that visa is already arrived and will handover at Bangalore airport at 5 PM wherein my visa was still pending with Singapore embassy at Chennai. We reached airport and was panic as time for check in was already late and my wife and children who were actually travelling for the first time to international were all disappointed. They arranged our stay in hotel Taj for the day and next day we received my visa around 7 PM and the flight time was at 9 PM. There was a lack of coordination between your account manager and Visa team, hence this confusion. Please be sure in future to get the required ticket/Visa before anybody travels and hand over the same to travelers on time before they leave from their respective location/city. Requesting all the Travelers, please check your Visa/Tickets/Itinerary/ Contact details in other countries etc before your travel. International roaming is very important, please arrange for the same or get your local sim in that particular country, this will help you to co-ordinate with Trip factory team in case of any issue and emergency.

The second thing the same story we did not get Malaysian visa while we leave from Bangalore and we had remind you people on the same before our travel to Malaysia from Singapore. Next day was our travel to Malaysia from Singapore and we received visa via whats up / email late night. We had to request the hotel team to arrange the printout of the same. Again last minute tension.

Had a very good time at Andaman for 5 days. we didn't faced any problem during the whole trip except the andaman climate. All the arrangements made by tripfactory(local transfers,guidance, their response in case of any queries) was really good and it is as per the package.

Few negatives, 1) Rooms at Le-meridian are not that much good. while booking the package we were told that Lemeridian was made as three star hotel recently. But we didn't felt like its a 3* hotel.
2)Complimentary Snorkeling at Elephant Beach is just for name sake. Nothing is there in this complimentary snorkeling.They made us to wait for 30-45mins nearly to get our turn. and they are not giving priority for complimentary snorkeling people like us. they are giving priority for the people who are taking advanced snorkeling there. this is really bad.
3) Complimentary Dinner at Hotel Shompen is not that much great.Its just ok ok.
4) One more bad thing is, for light and sound show at Andaman jail, we requested for English version, but they gave us tickets for the Hindi version show. We didn't understood anything in that hindi version and we are highly disappointed with this.
5)"Green Ocean" was very bad compared to Makruzz.NO ventilation and NO air in deluxe compartment which was booked for us.

Finally, the overall experience was awesome and we really had an great time at Andaman. Thank you Tripfactory for the memories.

The overall experience of arrangement by TripFactory team was excellent. . The coordination by various teams at all the locations in Andaman was excellent. Attentiveness of Coordinators and Pick Up - Drop Services were excellent and gave a new perspective / Impression on Indian Tourism on Tourist places :)

Special Thanks to our SPOC Avinash of Trip Factory who ensured his availability all the time through all means. I would recommend them for your next trip!

1) Pre Trip Service ( Coordinating with Vidya) was excellent. Customer's requirement was treated as top priority.
2) Package was well planned and met my expectations. (Villa was superb.. Extra brownie points for the stay)
3) Apart from Sim Arrangement ( New Sim was shared but activation was not done and activation had issues), everything else was as portrayed.

Leh/Ladakh- The land of high passes made all the more heavenly for us. Me and daughter have travelled all over Europe and we thought it'd be a good decision to give Leh/Ladakh a try. Honestly I couldn't have made a better decision. As soon as we exited the airport, we didn't have to wait. The choice of hotel at Leh was amazing. (Hotel's name:- The Pangong Hotel). We had the most mesmerizing view. The staff their was super courteous and it was damn safe. The highlight of the trip was our driver, Stanzin Norboo. He was the best human being I've ever come across. Polite and helpful. Always smiling and making us understand the history and culture of Ladakh. He was just a blessing for us. Transportation was very comfortable and peaceful. Itinerary was well planned and not too exhausting, it made us cover everything within the optimum time limit. We discovered our inner self looking at the picturesque scenery of the whole of Leh. Considering two women were travelling alone, it was damn safe everything with equally respectful staff. Nubra and Pangong was a delight. What a memorable experience made all the more amazing with TripFactory. Thankyou so much guys, I can't get over Leh even now. Looking forward to plan another trip with you guys soon. We loved it thoroughly.
