Trip was excellent..Thank you Midhil for addressing all small issues..Dedicated RM is good idea in travel business..Good job Sonu and Midhil..everything was well arranged only few improvements lik phi phi island had not provided veg food and ended up giving really bad stuff, hotel at Phuket had very high charges for using swimming pool which wasn't informed..also pls advise all ur travellers to take swimming costumes (though it was implied but in hurry ppl tend to forget)

Very good trip. Well organized. Great support during the time of changes of my hotel and flight changes ( due to cancellation )

Overall, everything was planned and managed pretty well and most of the time things went as they were planned, so we didn't face any serious issues/problems. Also, the support from trip factory was good as someone was always there to assist us.

Areas where a slight improvement can be done, as to provide prior information on the person/agency along with their contact numbers who will be receiving /hosting us during the trip. If this can be done, trip factory will definitely be one of the best planners in this business. Also be a little careful with the name of the passengers . Not every one appreciates mistakes with the name ;) :)

We just returned from Rajasthan family trip ,The Planning, follow ups, coordination, and real time response of Trip factory team was excellent, I give full marks to the Tripfactory team , I will definitely use their Services again and will Recommend them to Family and Friends , Thanks a lot to the Team ,Followings are positive feedbacks/ suggestions that can improve the Trips better.
All flights were OK and reliable, The Surface transport Driver “ KESHU LAL was very helpful, well behaved, punctual, and Dedicated, A good Driver in all respect,
Jaipur NAHARGARH HAVELI was good , Both Accomodation and Food , good choice,
Hotel NIRMAL HAVELI , rooms are fine , but food need improvement, Dining is on Terrace if 4th floor , without Lift Elders have problem and Food choice and Quality can improve,dining area is Rundown,, Should look into,
DESERT CAMP ALL FINE , since it is faraway from any where, food can be a little better , because Guests have no other option, , But desert experience was good ,T Jodhpur, NIRALI DHANI RESORT IS GOOD , rooms are fine , but they Do have some not so good rooms, 102 bath room and Entrance was Poor, when allotting to group members they compare with others, need to talk to the Resort Administration,In UDHAIPUR ,VARJU VILLA HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT, good facilities, well behaved staff , good food, excellent Place , One issue was , the only day we were there , it was HOLIDAY holiday and course any thing as most places were closed, So while Planning if important Local holiday s can be kept in mind, would be helpful, and last, while on long road trips , One dedicatied Seat per Person is A Must, Over all very Happy, Thanks to TRIPFACTORY TEAM , done a good JOB , KEEP IT UP ,

It was a memorable trip without any hitch and TripFactory did a wonderful job. Ms. Shreya Nair locally and representatives at Dubai made us so comfortable by complying to the schedule and commitments made without even reminding or making a call to them. They were so prompt. The only suggestion is to split the programme of city tour and desert safari since there is hardly any time between. Our problem was compounded by one family reporting late (more than 30 minutes) to take the coach at the close of city tour. The entire group had to suffer. It is suggested that there has to be a cut of for waiting and if someone do not report, the coach should leave.

We had a great trip with TF last month. Four of us travelled to Rajasthan. We covered Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Udaipur in 6 nights and 7 days. The hotels were fairly good, though sometimes we got one big room and one smaller room which was unacceptable. Sometimes we arrived at night and our rooms were given to someone else though we had informed them of our late arrival.
The driver we had was also a safe driver but slow and uncommunicative. The sightseeing tours were good. However we felt we had wasted two and a half days sitting in a car. Trip Factory should help us organize the tour better by pointing out these points, and we could have avoided long dreary car rides. Having said this, I want to give a special pat on the back to my travel expert Reena Mary who helped me with my tour. A patient courteous lady.
However on the whole we had a lovely holiday. Thank you Trip Factory.

There are some loop holes where you must look after.
Like hotels are good but breakfast not all worth where are hotels are good but staying for 1 night is not worth, I have already taken trip for 17 pax last 2017 for my uncle and friends even they had some problems with hotel's no doubt you have very good competitive rates but with dis you can have only 1 time business for long term business you need to have look on this small things hope above is clear from my end..

Ours was a family trip and we had an amazing time at Andaman, all thanks to my trip coordinator, Avinash and the team in Andaman (Dream Journey). They were courteous and timely in answering all my queries and keeping me updated while I had almost 0 network reception. The place in itself was well maintained and good care was taken in booking the right hotels for us. Weather was kind and the package certainly helped us relax. Travel and transit was seamless and stress-free. Great Experience! Thank you TF!

Amazing trip to Bali!!!!
Am glad that I chose Trip Factory, my trip adviser Megha was very responsive. Trip factory was in contact(24/7) with us during the entire trip. When we expressed some hotel concerns (i.e my 2nd stay ) trip factory was immediately responded and rectified the issues, i appreciate for that. My Bali trip was one of the memorable. There was no delay and guide was really and friendly. Overall experience is good and enjoyed.

Thank you tripfactory for arranging peaceful and wonderful trip . The Resort rooms were nice both in Manali and Simla, the cab driver drove nicely and in a good manner even the journey was more than 10 hours from Delhi he was soft.
