By and large we are happy with our tour.Bentota 2 nights stay not required , instead they should have added one night to visit Ramayana related places.
Inclusions and exclusions with regard to
entry tickets are to clearly mentioned before taking advance. In our case all are exclusions when we got final Itenerary which is unacceptable.

Overall trip is good. But Sinaraja showing is a waste.coffee shoppe is a waste.kintamani volcano is good.you might have arranged river rafting and cruise.Hotel quest is a waste.Bathroom glass partition is not complete.Bath room is slippery. No bucket and tumbler in bath room. No adequate tube light in room.Charging points in hotel room are lose contact.309 and 310 rooms we stayed.Bath room to room semi transparent glass.

Everything was arranged perfectly and where ever i found myself in trouble during the trip i made a contact with tripfactory and they resolved the issues in minutes. Good round the clock assistance. Will definetly chose tripfactory for my future holidays.

We are back from our 5D/4N trip to the Andaman islands and it definitely calls for a great review. From the day Tripfactory made us a call to explain the package, each and every detail of the trip was taken care of with utmost perfection. Rahul Reddy (our trip advisor) has made sure we had a clear picture of the itinerary and we had confirmation calls as well from the Tripfactory agents.
Since Day 1 of our journey, all the contact numbers and names were communicated by WhatsApp/SMS and the package was very well coordinated. At Andaman, the member of Dream Journey (a tie-up with Tripfactory) were diligently managing the show and were present ahead of us at each destination. We were amazed at the way they were coordinating the events and managing to be on-time for every leg of the trip.
I must say that the entire staff of TripFactory and Dream Journey have been very courteous and polite and made us feel at home through out. Not once did the cab drivers crib during any delay/waiting.

A big shout-out to Rahul Reddy, Bablu, Rohit and the many others whose names slipped off my forgetful head! :(

Everything went well as with respect to Visa's, flight bookings ,accommodation and timely plan for pick up and drops which was provided by Royal Arabian.
They also have supported well as in Global village one of my ticket did not work and they were not letting me to go inside then I have called royal Arabian people and they talked to security and the issue was resolved.

Thanks to the Logistics team for handling the additional work on the Visa processing for foreign nationals.

It was a well organized process in Dubai right from the moment we landed at the airport till the time we got dropped back at the end of the trip. The drivers were always on time and the guides were knowledgeable to show us around the city.

The overall arrangements were as per schedule and there was no problem at all. Thanks for the same. The best stay was at Pearl Park Resort at Neil Island. The room and food was very good compared to all other accommodations provided by you. The hotels in Port Blair were just above average, there were cockroaches in the room. Even the Blue Bird Resort was average, room was very compact.
The pick-up and drop service provided by Dream Journeys were very good and they were on time.
Only suggestion would be to provide better hotel accommodation within the same budget.

P.S: I have not got any response regarding the convenience fee charged either from you or from Ops team till date. I feel you need to be more specific about the choices for the online payment, so that the customer will not be levied with the convenience fees.

Just one thing I m not happy with the agent told me that there will be a candle light dinner and room decoration but it won't happen.

Firstly, to start with the whole trip was amazing and timed very well. As soon as we reached there was a tour guide who picked ua up and dropped off to the hotel. At hotel we had to wait till 2:00pm to get the rooms, the only disappointment was the wait and then we were husband and wife but we got two twin beds even after requesting for a single queen bed, hotel people are dumb idiots who can't speak properly English.toyr guides ND drivers were always there on time. Puck and up drop was amazing and our guide even picked us up and dropped back during leisure day, he helped us plan for the leisure day and he was genuinely star. Again when we moved Ed from pattaya to Bangkok hotel was OK not that great and again we had to deal with twin beds, mostly the hotel at bangkok was bad and took had even bed bugs as we saw. I guess with respect to hotel bookings trip factory needs more careful and take care of it. Otherwise trip planning and assistance was amazing never felt the need to complain or regret about anything. I would surely plan with these guys again but this time will make sure about hotel stay is take care we'll.
