Excellent arrangements, I liked this trip and more interested to book my future trip with Trip factory.
I will rate as 5 Start for Agra hotel and Taxi services and the quality of driver, but I will rate only 3.5 star for Jaipur and Delhi hotel which is not too good.

Outstanding support provided by Swetha S, she is very good and offered many choices of flight and hotels to select, provided good flight journey, excellent arrangements by road travels with Taxi. It is worth for money.
I would prefer only Swetha S for my future trips, she is very kind and helpful.

I went to Darjeeling-Gangtok for a 4 day trip with my husband and our friend and his family and it was awesome!!!! no words to say. everything was organised from the starting itself and shilpa from trip factory booked the flights and hotels for us. she created a whats app group for communication during the trip and it was good as we could prepare for border checking and all well in advance. i must say about the stay!!! both in darjeeling and Gangtok, the hotels were really good and the ambiance was awesome. we had a 3 year old kid with us and he enjoyed the hotel rooms most... the rooms in both places were vast, and spacious because of which it gave a homely feeling!!. the drivers in both places were so good and punctual that they arrived at hotel much before we were getting ready. they were not only drivers but tour guides to us - they talked about the stories behind the places we were going to visit and was very much flexible to our needs of stopping car in between for kids food, his needs etc. the tour was well planned and we were not tired after travelling to 12000 feet above lake in Gangtok. Hats off to Shilpa and team for organizing such a memorable , relaxing, pleasure trip for us. We did not had to worry for anything as everything was made in place by them. The only improvement feedback i would like to give to the team is that to plan little bit on the flight tickets as some confusion happened in my case. i kind of blocked the plan and was proceeded to payment but at that time the flight price increased and i had to pay 4k extra to book finally. if the package is blocked, please take a provision from your side to ensure the package at agreed cost. keeping this aside it was great trip and i would suggest trip factory to all my friends and will consider for my future trips too....

I had been to Andaman through Trip Factory. The trip was really awesome and well organised. Everything went timely and the execution process was beautiful. This man named Lohith was verycooperative and friendly who helped us customise our vacation. Thanks to him and trip factory. I have decided that any of my upcoming trips would be through Trip Factory itself. And also I had (2) I I booked my stay at Ooty at the last minute through Trip Factory. Being a long weekend and summer vacation, i was worried about getting accommodation. These people from Trip Factory made it very easy for me to book a stay. Their rates are very reasonable as well.
@TripFactory : You guys have great people who have lot of patience and efficiency. They are very customer oriented and polite. These gentlemen are capable of handling any kind of a situation and a very humble human being that I have come across was Mr. Lohith.

The trip to Bali was just wonderful .Though this is my first international trip to Bali ,Indonesia going all alone, I had enjoyed the trip to the fullest. The itinerary which is suggested to me by Deepak from trip-factory had kept me busy all day long and explore the place as much as i can in that 5 days of my trip.

The best and awesome experience in the whole trip was in the cruise watching the sunset with the traditional Bali dance and musical programs. The food was really delicious and had great experience in the Cruise.

Though I was alone never felt any kind of insecurity in Bali, the people are so friendly and helping through out the trip. My guide by name Sutika was so helpful to me clicking my pics and made me enjoy the places and the nature to the fullest in Bali.

I have enjoyed all the places and the accommodation was really good, the Quest hotel hospitality was awesome. People are very friendly and humble in nature.

My hearty thanks to Deepak from trip factory for suggesting me the best-est package with the lovely guide and the driver who helped me explore the place Bali to my best experience.

It was very well arranged trip! Thanks to TF team, special thanks to Ms. Astha who was instrumental in coordinating & managing the whole programme since inception.

Had a nice trip and below are the details.

As part of my holiday plan i got a chance to interact with Abinaya and she is very friendly and approachable. Just i have provided my holiday duration and she has provided multiple options with different budget categories. Here i have seen her patience levels and seeking all clarifications in all times. We have started the trip on Thursday morning and the cab they have provided it's very neat and clean. It's very well maintained . Cab driver also very polite.

Day 1 - Before we start of our trip Trip factory team created what's app group to interact with all operation team in case of any emergencies or issues. This is the very good initiative i have seen only from these people. Not only for just creating group and they were very pro actively respond for all the queries.

We have reached Wayanad and check-in the hotel in the evening. Even the hotel is in Budget, it's in great location and rooms are very well maintained. Even though it's not resort, but you will get a feel like resort. Hotel has all resort facilities including Ayurveda Massage and fish spa. Only draw back in the hotel is no lift.

Day 2 - We have covered few sight seeing places and reached back the hotel.

Day 3- As per the itinerary, we were suppose to cover few places, But due to some Kerala tourism constraints those places are closed. Immediately i have contacted trip factory team and pro actively they have responded and provided the Bandipur forest safari. Of course the distance is long, but they trip factory team taken the pain and contacted driver and suggested the place. Really i had a very good time during the safari and entire drive between Bandipur to Wayanad via Tamilnadu. More animals crossing the road and nice ghats made my trip more memorable.

Day - 4 - After break fast started to bangalore and came back with good memories.

Positives.

1. Complete trip credit goes to my travel expert Abinaya.
2. Very friendly team and provide multiple options with in your budget.
3. Always approachable.
4. They had a good tie up with local taxi team and quick response for all queries.

Improvement Areas

1. Please talk to local tourism team for any closing places and terms and conditions before tour start.

Second I would like to thanks the ground staff in Andaman( Port Blair, Havelock Island) the hotel were good and the people over there from Dream Journey(gulguslar,mansoor,vinay,rajesh) all the staff was very good and very helpfull. I would Rate Dream Journey staff 10 out of 10.

For me Havelock Island was the best one and the resort Bluebird was superb.

Had an awesome experience with trip factory. Everything while trip was so nicely managed an planed. Hotels booked were exactly like what has been told. Timing and services provided was very appreciable. Overall it was really very great trip.

It was a wonderful honeymoon trip for 7 nights and 8 days, Thanks to kamini who planned it very well and had lot of patience to provide me lot of options, there cant be better plan than this.
Next trip surely i will plan with trip factory and will reach kamini for planning :)

Trip started from bangalore to Phuket then pattaya and then bangkok.
Ashlee plaza hotel in phuket was awesome, Very good service and rooms and 100 meters from phuket market.

Golden sea hotel was ok ok, rooms were little dirty but still fine.
Guide Alex was very good, He provided us many other options in pattaya to roam, like Alcazar show, ripley,believe or not, City tour in a very reasonable price with PO as pvt Cab driver ,she was also nice to us.

Then finally last 2 nights we stayed in EASTIN Hotel Makkasan,bangkok, This hotel was also very good, They provided us deluxe room with balcony and good view to city from 21st floor and service and food was very good.

Thanks to kanchan from trip factory who made little change in our transport to match our timings.

Most of the transport was private and service was very good, Nothing went bad for this trip, only visa on arrival i faced little problem, rest everything was good.

At the end Thanks to kamini and trip factory again for planning and organizing a trip which will have life time positive impact on our memory.

I had booked a trip to singapore for 5 days. Meenakshi was my expert and helped me in planning the trip. This was my first international trip and also first trip with trip factory therefore i was bit worried. But everthing was arranged perfectly including the Visa , flights, accomodation and timely plan for pick up and drop. Where ever i found myself in trouble during the trip i contacted trip factory and they resolved my issues within minutes.
