Everything went well ,clean and good. Thanks for the quick response that was done from your end. Only problem that I faced is the layoff in the airport, even thought there are many planes before my layoff you have not given those in my travel because of which i almost lost 2 days in my travel. except that everything is good.

Hotel:
Summer sands resort in Nail - was amazingly good will strongly recommend this place for anyone who loves to enjoy their leisure and travel.
Shompen Hotel in port Blair - Decent, clean and neat and good staff – will recommend
symphony palms resort in Havelock - Will not recommend to anyone (Beach view suits - Poor rooms/Poor service/AC and TV was not working most of the time/Non responding staff).

All the arrangements were good. The hotel we were provided, had good arrangement made and hotel staff were very friendly.
You will get affordable rates via Tripfactory according to your requirements.
Overall it was a nice experience with Trip factory.

We recently traveled to Dubai and Abu Dhabi through Trip Factory, Had wonderful, Peaceful and well secured Journey.
We really enjoyed holiday trip.

After reading reviews online I went ahead with booking my Trip to Darjeeling and Gangtok. My queries were answered promptly by the co-oridnator(Ms. Shilpa) on all accounts. Never was I put on hold!
My pick up at Bagdogra airport was prompt as assured by the Tripfactory and my stay at Darjeeling was very good. Very promptly I used to get messages of my next day plans with the Driver's contact number and Vehicle number, which was handy many times.
My Gangtok stay also was good, but started with a little hiccup on the stay front which was corrected later. As I was looking forward for an adventurous plan, everything fell into place, rope climbing, river rafting but for Para Gliding . They could have intimated us earlier that it has been closed for a month. I was looking forward to do it which a dampened our spirits.
I would have given five stars, except there is still room for improvement, like checking with the concerned whether paragliding is open or not. Making sure the rooms are allocated in advance (IN Gangtok) so that last minute problems never happen. They could offer more options like North Sikkim or South Sikkim, which we could have considered.

Otherwise I am happy that I enjoyed my trip with my daughter and sister. No where was I made apprehensive that we were all female traveling, all the drivers were courteous and kind.

Wonderful Trip. Everything was so meticulously planned - right from the pickups, activities, stay to dining, . The trip coordinator explained with clarity the next day's plan and the plan was adhered to. Even the coordinators would explain when to take change of clothes and where to dine.

It's a wonderful trip

Except the Airport pickups, rest of the trip was good. The Airport pickup at Singapore was completely forgotten by the driver and we have to call the hotline number and wait for 1+ hour to get alternate arrangement.

Same was the case when we arrived at Malaysia. Need to call the hotline number to get the pickup.

The rest of the days, pickup and drop was perfect, except one day the driver was really harsh on his words, by saying he will be there on time, if we don't come, he will leave. He could have said that in a smoother tone atleast :(

Very good planning except the information of hotel change was not informed in advance. and if customer can be given elaborated details about the different option for ex : Tickets booked at Ferry was of deluxe class and we would wanted to be in royal class. We were not aware of this different option in ferry seating before.

Otherwise over all planning and co-ordination was superb..

It was nice experience at Andaman. Very good co-ordination and time management.
Since every day trip used to get over very early in the afternoon, there should have been some evening re-creation.
May be nearby beach walk OR something like that. We felt lot of time wasted on second and third day after 4pm

Please ask Drift Wood hotel management to make hotel and hotel rooms insects free. There were cockroaches, centipedes running all over the rooms.

Otherwise no complaints.

I want to review Akshatha my travel coordinator from Bangalore and also Abdul the travel coordinator in port Blair.


Akshatha has done Excellent planning and coordinating and given me a very tailor made itenary.She has exceeded my expectation in catering to all my travel requirements! Always ready to answer my queries, available on call and immediate response on watsapp as well...Commendable job.


But I have faced a lot of distress or lack with the port Blair coordinators.

1. Bharatang sightseeing was a nightmare as fast driving can be avoided when a group consists of infant and children.. and senior citizens. The roads were bad and the drive was rash which was nothing better than a roller coaster ride. It looked like the drivers were given a timeline and they were chasing time. They were having a drag or race with other vehicles or known drivers. Pathetic we felt.

2. Local coordinator like Abdul when never answered calls when I was stuck in Havelock symphony hotel reception for 2 hours and also for the change in ferry timings also he has not answered my calls.

3. Check in at Symphony hotel was a nightmare as we had to wait at the reception for 2hrs then after talking to Mr.sameer we were moved to the other resort.

4. Tour spoc Gulzar was not approachable.

5.shompen hotel 3 AC's dint work nor was it rectified, hotel not upto to the mark..

Suggestion:
Kindly have some accumulative points for people who often use trip factory.

Elephanta Beach Water Rides I never forget in my life. sea crystal clear water with natures and speed boat raiding from Havelock to Elephanta beach fully covered with nature.

Holiday Inn beach Resort most of seen big bugs insects in sea shore who taking relaxation and sun both alert of from bugs .

Pickup Drop land transferring ferry ship tickets all time to done. we Never wait for pickup more than 5mins .

Taking Lunch and Dinner in Resorts and Hotel you should be informed dishes 35mins before.

Green ocean Ship having 3 category class of tickets executive (lower) luxury ( Middle) Royal (Top) all class A/c even Executive class not have any windows you cannot see anything out side.

corbyns cove beach have water rides but crocodile safety area in mid of science center most useful information kids children's about space, sea , Mountains, Defense, woods , Marines Etc

Radhanagar Beach one of the nature with Havelock not suitable for bath

cellular Jail mots important place Portbalir time to spend 2 to 3hrs you can see top of the jail Northbay island and back of Ross island

The Dubai-Abudhabi trip was perfect and itinerary went neatly as organised. Travel organiser fouzia and/or her team was instantly responsive for all clarifications. The trip pricing was transparent and all committed services were rendered on time. Hotel stay at Holiday Inn was pleasant including breakfast. Trip factory's partner Royal gulf tourism drivers were on time and courteous to fellow travellers. Will recommend friends or relatives and looking forward with Trip factory again.

Excellent trip was arranged by Trip Factoy..We started a journey from chennai on 11 th to 16th April 2018 to Kullu and Manali..... This trip is amazing.. Rooms , Cab ,local sight seeing every thing has arranged well..

Especially Sangeetha Mam has followed us regarding any issues about the trip..This will be give more confident for us. In Sarthak Resorts Mr. Punith front office manager and Mr. Kishore Restaurant person has taken care and give a very good Service for us. And Mr. Rinku Cab Driver given a very good co-ordination in sight seeing..
