TripFactory did a good job is planning my family's Singapore Trip. Our Trip Advisor (Prisca Solomon) was very helpful during the planning phase of the trip and provided me with the best options and travel itinerary for the duration of the stay.

The only thing which I would stress on TripFactory to be a little attentive is with the commitments promised on the during trip planning and the actual commitments which are offered by the local vendors services at Singapore. The reason why I say this is because during my itinerary planning, TripFactory had agreed to provide me with 2 complimentary lunch/dinner vouchers at arrival at Singapore. But this was not to be the case since the local vendor with whom TripFactory has partnered up had discontinued the offer of 2 complimentary lunch/dinner. Although TripFactory had agreed to refund our 2 complimentary lunch/dinner, it did cause some concern since we had expected lunch/dinner at 2 attractions in Singapore but ended up paying from my own pocket.

On the overall, my and my family had a fantastic 5 day trip in Singapore and we really enjoyed spending time over there. I will recommend everyone to TripFactory for their Singapore Holiday package.

We traveled to Bali with Trip factory from 20th till 25th April 2018. The tour was planned at very short notice and hence while doing so we had explored various options with other obvious travel agencies, Being relatively new in the business ( As perceived by us) , The low and most competitive rates and inclusions being offered from Trip- Factory made us suspicious. However Ms. Megha N R , our counsel/ trip adviser with her reassuring calmness against my nervousness made us choose Trip Factory over others. With the kind of experience we had, on hind sight it was the perfect decision we made. The tour rating experience in fact was 5 star for Trip Factory management but a star less for local scheduling at Bali.
Right from pick up at Bali Airport , escorted and driven around for our entire stay at Bali in his Toyota by Mr. Agun Veera Jaya, a thorough soft spoken accommodating gentleman, to a beautiful Hotel Swiss Bell Inn and their courteous staff , it was an extraordinary wonderful experience. We have lot many good things to say and whole lot good experiences to share.
Our only complaint could be that lot many things were tried to be accommodated in short itinerary and for us who wanted to relax, at times that was taxing. So will suggest that we can do away with tours like Gold/silver factory, handicraft village, coffee plantation etc.

I had made this booking for my parents and their friends who really enjoyed their trip. Meenakshi who was co-ordinating the trip made sure all was looked after well. Will highly recommend Trip Factory

Overall, the trip to Kashmir valley and the tourist locations around it was very well organized. The only suggestion that I like to make is, at almost all the activity places, a lots of bargaining needs to be done, else we are looted for sure. Example, a fellow tourist paid 4K for the same activity for which I paid 800 Rs. Therefore, Tripfactory can suggest a pricing chart (reviewed by previous tourists) for all the activities in and around the Kashmir Valley. Offcourse the tourists understand it's the livelyhood of the locals and so will be generous, but looting is not accepted, where Tripfactory can come to help.

Trip Factory service was awesome.. Samson cleared all our doubts pateintly.

I saw many website to book this trip and found trip factory the best....they will customizer your trip as per our expectations and quote the best price...even their executives handling ur requests are very prompt n informative. And do best thing is we found one hotel where the rooms allocated were not as per our expectations but trip factory sorted this out by giving us an upgrade for our rooms and informed us that refund will be initiated soon. SIMPLY THE BEST among all travel websites...this was my second booking...special thanks to Sam n Sandeep...

Everything was great but had 2 concerns .

1) For the sight seeing in Gangtok, the itinerary had Rumtek Monastery but the driver "Uttham" actually took to near by monastery (Enchey Monastery) and said it was Rumtek. He was always on a hurry to leave for the day. My daughter was feeling nausea and we wanted him to stop for exactly 2 min and he never listened to us. He always came late at morning and wanted to leave early. We had to force him to take to all places.

All other drivers (Kapil and Raju) at darjeeling were amazing .

2)The flight ticket had less time in connecting . May be better planning should be done.

Overall, Amazing hotels, great stay. sweet memories.

Hi George the booking process was the best. The meet and greet at Andamans was seamless and the coordinators were a very punctual lot, something that is seldom found with operators. There were a few hiccups at Havelock owing to the government strict guidelines and nothing much that the travel desk or local coordinators could do much about.
Hotels, Well I would suggest that you not use Coral Cove in future as the staff are not at all professional and the food at the restaurant is insanely priced with the quality being below par. Guest would be better off seeking restaurant options outside. But overall a great trip and Trip factory will probably be the first option in future.

It was good experience

Over all your experience is good with little discomforts.

1.The hotel in Havlock ( Joye Grand Hotel) food is not good in the Restaurant.

2.The hotel in Port Blair ( Hotel Driftwood) rooms has some fungus smell.

3.As you mentioned in the package they can't provide extra mattress to the kids ( charged extra Rs. 1000 for matters).

With this little discomfort we enjoyed the tour very much especially in the beaches.

We participated in all water sports activities.

Scuba diving & Deep sea Snorkelling are most memorable activities.

Recently we have booked a package trip to Singapore through trip factory. We initially had few apprehension s but they delivered the goods as promised. The hotel booked was of fine quality and the sight seeing was taken good care. The vehicles Pvt /SIC were very comfortable and prompt. We were also happy with the complementary coupons given. The trip factory team were readily available and prompt in their response. We would like to further thank Ms Mala in particular for her meticulous planning of the trip. However,a little suggesion from us is to take some care/offer suggestions during check in and check out as they often do not coincide with the itinerary. We will definitely look forward for further trips with trip factory and would recommend trip factory to our family and friends

It was an enjoyable trip. The accommodation was very good.

Transport was on time. But the driver should have been polite and friendly.

Well organized trip...very good transport provided.... Happy with the service... It would have been nice if we were updated on the amount of security deposit to be carried for the hotel... Overall excellent service.
