Trip arrangement was excellent. Chrisetha was very helpful for pre trip arrangements.
Whats app group was created prior to one day of travel.
Car provided was in excellent condition. Driver (Raghu) was a nice guy with very responsible driving.

I have been to Darjeeling. Everything was well planned and executed. I had a great time over there. Thanks to trip factory for helping me to collect good memories.

We enjoyed the trip. excelent timely service , drivers are so profetionals that i never had to wait for a minute, hotel is also tourist friendly and very clean.

Good accomodation at all placesto & from pick ups good vehicle provided at have lock island Tats sumo was not acceptable . Blue bird resort staff excellent. Last day of trip was made idle could have accommodated by taking to museum or shopping we were made to wait in airport for long hours not fair. Special thanks to Ms. Yasmeen for her excellent support. Overall a nice trip well organised

I was making plan to go to Kerala and requested 4-5 Websites to provide thier quotation. TripFactory had provided me the best rates with better itinerary and hotels.

But there was 2-3 minor minor issues like they had booked rooms in every hotels standard type and not Deluxe or upper version, even they had not asked to me and I was not aware of this.

Overall good experience.

Trip factory,
It was a good experience travelling with the tripfactory agency of tours and travels. For us the trip of andaman arranged by trip factory has been a life time worth remembering . The coordination offered by the tour coordenator Meenakshi from the day of the starting of booking till the last date of arrival. She has been a good source of support with respect to any consiquences.
However the whole trip has been fantastic but few facilities were intollerable causing inconvinience.the first hotel arranged in the port balir i.e hotel Shompen was a good choice but the hotel staff for the hotel pearl park resort in neil island was too incooperative.
however the hotel facility was good the pick up and drop facility was late.We were told to be picked up at 8:00 am but the driver reported at almost 9:30 am . We could not even rest in the room at the time of delay as we had already checked out. The hotel room in the havelock was too small and breakfast was not ready before checkout even when we had informed to be leaving early.
Taking the above things into consideration few things were intollerable but overall experience was good. In concern to the hotels i would prefer the hotel chain of the singhotel located in portblair ,havelock ,and neil aswell.

Trip factory provided a good package for Australia trip. Trip went as planned and all the services were as expected. Hotels and all the services were great. Also, their team in India and Australia were very responsive and resolving any issues that came. Only if they can improve on the timely delivery of the vouchers, things can be perfect.

They are good ! From structured follow-up to caring staff (Priya , you were great !), you are in fine hands. On the ground, almost everything went well, especially two tours, Dubai and Abudhabi Tours (both Abrar and Hameed were fantastic drivers com guides !). Quality of transfers were superior. Better than expected ! Thank you Team Tripfactory !

Overall it was good.
but few notes:
1) the return journey could have been planned well as we did login into the hotel at chandighad at 9pm and checked out at next day morning 9am. it was like, just to sleep at chandighad we booked the hotel. we could not roam around any where at chandighad. hence if the return flight have been booked little late in the evening, we would have left with some time to visit chandighad city
2)about fun activities: felt like, to do fun activities at kullu or at manali, our cab driver was taking us to the person / vendor whom he gets more commission. I may be wrong in this perception. if those fun activities's rates would have been disclosed before itself, we could have planned little better or saved some money.
3)about driver: the cab driver was on phone call while driving on almost all the days we travelled. exception is, he was using hands free. but, I felt this is a safety issue.

Overall the trip went perfect & as envisaged , local operators (Pacto) can be a bit more accommodating & appreciative of customer requests and desires.
For e.g. we wanted to visit Resort on the way to one of the temples and the same could have been easily accommodated

Also, tour guides aligned should fit the age bracket of the tourists , someone younger would have helped us with Party Places, night clubs, beach clubs etc. Overall the tour guide had excellent knowledge of Temples and Bali in general

We have just come back from a wonderful holiday to the Andaman Islands. The process of booking and preparation for the holiday was excellent. All of the arrangements were in place as stated and we were met on every stage of our tour with a representative.

I recommend Trip Factory to anyone.

overall was good & well organized , but communication for the events & ferry timings are not well informed & main point is not asking our opinion before booking the Light & sound show, ferry timings.

Our vacation was to Jammu and Kashmir and the entire trip was well organised by trip factory.The hotels booked by them met our expectations. I would definitely recommend it and would choose them for my future
vacations. Our only issue was the initial driver booked by them was replaced by another driver on our arrival in Jammu. Though he was a safe driver he was a bit argumentative at times and sometimes refused to acknowledge our needs e.g.: refused to stop for lunch eve n at about 3.30 pm. We were travelling with a kid.

The experience of booking through Trip Factory was quite unique. Susmin was a delight to work with and accessible throughout. The trip as planned went without a hitch and the people involved Shubo (in Sikkim), Sudeep (Driver) were excellent.

Positives - Ease of booking, clarity in service and top-notch communication from the moment we started till we were on return flight. Great team work leaving a great impression of the diligence in customer delight.

Areas to Improve
- Expert opinion can improve. We traveled with two young children and the amount of driving that we did was way too much for 4 nights. We underestimated the travel in Sikkim, combine it with altitude sickness held us back to see more. This is where things can TF can educate customers stating that it is not ideal. Ideally, Sikkim should be avoided with children under the age of 10. If at all, stay in Gangtok and cover most of that area instead of Lachun (or plan to stay for 7 days)..
- Planning can improve -- I explicitly told 30 days in advance of Natula and Zero Point. While Zero Point was not possible due to weather, Nathula should have been included. That wasn't the case, last minute run around didn't help.

Have scope to improve, this is an area to be prescriptive with reasoning to travelers and they'd be grateful. Quite happy though!!

Everything was executed perfectly (ie; as mentioned in the i ternary). Only drawback is these people were slightly expensive. But the service is really cool. Overall it's a good experience. Even their Tie up with local agencies in Singapore and Bali were too good and dealt in a professional way.

Would recommend friends and family to go with tripfactory. Cheers.
