Our trip to Singapore was excellent. It was
Properly organised as our choice. You (Padma) have taken lot of efforts. Hotel was centrally located so that we can do the shopping & dining.But hotel room was comparatively small as well as bathroom also.All my family members were satisfied. You could have added aqerium in
Universal studios tour. Driver was punctual
and softspoken. Overall trip was timely managed. We can refer your name to someone.

I thoroughly enjoyed my trip which arranged by TripFactory without any issues. From the moment we got down to Port Plair until we return to back to Airport everything was taken care by TripFactory. Proper communications by the local travel agency and on timing pick up and drop.

I can say one word - " Awesome" and special thanks to Sridhar S who guided me nicely and made this trip for us.

It was a great trip. We were received at the Dubai airport by the Welcome Team and sent to Golden Sand Hotel Apartments 3.
As we were early for the check up time, we waited in the lounge and once a room was ready we were ushered in.
The first event was Show cruise in the evening. It gave us a good overview by night of the city. A dance show by an Egyptian artist was an excellent display of his dancing skill. It was followed by dinner. The food was good.
By and large the tour was conducted very nicely.
Visit to Abu Dhabi and grand mosque was was amazing.
The day city tour was fantastic and it was made memorable by the guide Ali who was very educated and had lot of sense of humour.
The desert safari was also a memorable experience.
Visit to Burj Al Khalifa was a unique experience. At 124 the floor reaching just in a minute and the having view 360 deg view of Dubai was mesmerizing.
Overall the trip was very good and we will like to visit again if time permits.
SOME SUGGESTIONS:
1. There was no food or snacks in our flight from Delhi to Dubai. It must be there and preferably with liquor as available on International flights. It is important because there was no food included in our stay at arrival. We had to rush to some hotel for our first meal on arrival. It will be advisable to tie up Ist meal with the hotel being checked in.
2. For intercommunication all pax must be given independent pre activated sim so that they can interact with one another. The request for this must be taken on Highest priority.
3. As for as possible all places of interest should be pre-booked so that visitors don't have to buy tickets.
4. It was quite strange that hotel just gave one bottle of water on the day of arrival. Please choose a hotel which gives bottles of water on all days particularly so because you can't make tea or coffee without water.
4. The last for departure to airport the vehicle shouldn't be linked with other visitors. In our case one more family was to be picked up.

Overall Summary:
This trip was nicely planned and executed but for small hickups it went of very well. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

My hubby and I share a great love for beaches and water ride activities, so we decided a trip to Andaman. We were extremely satisfied with Rahul Reddy our tour expert who has proven to be very courteous and helpful from the very beginning, trying to organize at the best our trip to Andaman in the seven days available. The guides and drivers were very professional and friendly, among the three different tour coordinator’s Mansoor (tour coordinator) & Vivek (driver) at Havelock Island were the best. The accommodations was simply superb. Thanks for the complementary candle light dinner... I highly recommend trip factory, Rahul will turn your trip into an unforgettable experience.

It was our honeymoon trip and first foreign trip. Starting from explaining package and options till the returning from Thailand everywhere the trop factory representatives were on top notch.

Creating whatsapp group and adding all contacts in the group is very helpful to track and contact if any issues.

Our trip to Dubai planned by Tripfactory turned out be a very best and memorable experience.... I did not have any issues with the arrangements made by the team over there. So let me start by thanking Swathi from trip factory who helped me from the begning to set the itinerary as I required and took every step to accommodate my requirements . She been there always checking if every thing went fine and taken care. The Dubai hotel where we stayed Versailles was good and the staffs were friendly. The trip to Abudabi ,our driver Mr Amjid (hope name is correct) was very informative and made sure we had a great time in Abudabi. The trip covered almost everything possible.
Every thing was well planned and timely pickups.
Few suggestions:
The city tour of Dubai had to be at the beginning of the trip as it would have given us idea about the city so that we could have planned the spare time to go to places we want ...

Enjoyed alot....!! samson ( my tripfactory representative) did a great job in arranging the everything from flights to hotel booking...most of the things were really awesome like ulluwatu,tanahlot,dolphin watching cruise, dinner cruise ,water sports,mount batur & kintamani
but I was a bit disappointed with monkey forest &mengwi temple visit...it sort of reduced our stay at tanah lot where we could have spent more time..but overall it was awesome experience.Thank samson and Tripfactory..

The trip was really good but I would recommend that if possible the flight bookings should be made in such a way that meals are included as well, it will be convenient

This was my first trip with TripFactory (Bali, 5 days/4 nights) and we had a great experience! Prakash Yad was outstanding with his support right from the booking time (by providing us with relevant itienaries and giving us the best prices) to the completion of the trip. I have a 1.5 year old kid and he helped us choose the right activities accordingly. Everything was booked properly and the quality (Hotel/Tour) was good as promised. The whatsapp group during the trip was very innovative and was definitely helpful whenever we needed any help during the trip. I would definitely come back to TripFactory for my next trip and would recommend this to my friends/family too.

I'm pleased with the way my trip was organized by you and your entire team. The entire trip was hassle-free and was great in totality. However, I did miss the visit to Cellular jail due to a national holiday and as promised by TF, it was supposed to be arranged during my last stay at Port Blair, but it didn't happen. Hence, I'm not entirely pleased with your time management.
Also, the resort at Havelock (Symphony Palms beach resort) was not as good as compared to Summer Sands at Neil. Although I had booked a Lagoon Suite room, but I didn't like the quality of the room and food at the resort. Something which TF may take into consideration for future.
Overall, it was a great trip and thank you TF for organizing the trip for me.
