This is my second trip i went through Trip Factory. Thanks to Trip Factory for making another memorable trip for me. Suganthi was my travel expert who gave me the best package for the best price when compared to others. Everything was smooth with out any issues and i definitely recommend Trip Factory for others and i can say trip factory as one of the best tour planner.

Very good and well managed trip by the team. Cab driver is too good and he guided very well and made our trip memorable.

It was a wonderful trip with everything planned perfectly. All we had to do is to enjoy the trip without any worries. All thanks to Tripfactory and Sridhar for planning out this trip within my budget.

One suggestion is that, trip Factory should provide all 2 or 3 options for the the trip in respect of the stay choices at different times or places. For example, wehen we were leaving for the Pangong lake, their we came to know that usually tourist stays 1N at Pangong Lake and then from their itself visits Nubra Valley, not sure how feasible it is but these kind of choices or pros and cons must be share with the client upfront.....

I must say.... Trip Factory staff is far far better than MMT and many other tour Organizers.....

Out trip was to multiple locations and involved multiple activities and multiple services providers. Martina handled it like a superstar and we hardly had any glitches. We were provided everything as promised and never was left stranded wondering " what next " ? We also were travelling as a big fat Indian family with 12 people ranging from 3 year old to 65 year old and every age group was well taken care of.

The guides allotted were excellent with their skills. Local Agent "Sahil" was an add-on superstar but Martina definitely takes the 1st place and I would definitely recommend trip-factory to friends and family only because of these two.

Very well managed trip. Guides over there are very helpful. It was my first trip out of India and i am little bit sceptical about all arrangements, but everything goes smoothly and as per plan also(almost). Thanks TripFactory.

This is the second time we have worked with Shahul and Tripfactory for a family vacation. This time it involved an overseas vacation in Maldvies. Having worked with us earlier, we were presented with various options according to our needs. The finalizing the options took some time, but in the end we thoroughly satisfied.

The island resort was top class. The high speed boat rides from airport to hotel and vice-versa was very thrilling. There were many exciting water sports activities at the resort. The food options were amazing. We could find so many India (veg) options at the resort.

The flight was not bad except that the timing could have been more comfortable; but not too many choices from the airlines!

There was one small issue which had come up while we were at the Maldives hotel, but both Shahul and his supervisor were very quick to respond overnight and took care of the issue.

I would recommend Tripfactory to my friends and family for their vacation plans. I would also take the opportunity to say that it was good working with Shahul again.

i was introduced to Tripfactory by my relative. TF turned out much above my epectations. right from rate negotiation till completion of tour Ms Manasa and Mr Sourav rendered flawless service which has induced confidence in me to approach Tripfactory again and again for my future trips in india and abroad. i wholeheartedly extend thanks to above officials and other officials at other operational level.

As you are aware our trip to Nubra valley was aborted because of landslide . On return we were placed in hotel Hill Town which was a very basic hotel uncomparable to hotel Singee Palace. We were so much tired on that day after spending 6 hours in the vehicle on the way to Nubra that we had no alternative but to accept hotel as offered. It was the only disappointment in our tour. Hotel Singee Palace was also having number of rooms as well as vacated by us too but the Agency to whom you had asked to arrange room perhaps did not want to offer us hotel Singee Palace. they were searching for much below standard hotel to accommodate us just to save money. On that day i also understood our accommodation arrangement was assigned to some Agency in Delhi who turned out to be playing the game for the sake of money. In India it so happens. we cannot put blame on anyone.

I wish you would throw light on inferior hotel provided to us.

Overall good package. Weather wasn't conducive.
Howard Plaza hotel in Agra was a big flop. Very old hotel and unclean facilities. Staff was cordial though.
Bus driver was good and accommodative.

Its my second tour assisted by Martina Vasan. I had a great experience and we thank her for making our trip awesome.

This was my first international trip. TripFactory made it hastle-free for travel. It was a overwhelming travel, everything was coordinated very well among the team. Thanks to TripFactory and Martina for making my travel amazing.

Overall a present experience!!!
Sneha was the coordinator through tripfactory.com for us. We had a seven night trip to Himachal with 2 nights at Shimla, 3 nights at Manali, 1 night at Dharmashala and 1 night at Amritsar with pick-up and drop from Delhi. The driver was pretty experienced but was moody too, so though he was very reliable but at times he was a little difficult to deal with. The vehicle (AC Innova) allocated to us for the entire trip was also pretty good in condition and made our travel comfortable. Overall the experience at all the places was great in terms of hotel expect the one at Manali, where we were sent to Hotel Venus Villa Cottage, which turned out to be a really dirty place with pathetic service. But I appreciate Sneha’s efforts to transfer us to another hotel the next day. The best experience was at Kufri Holiday Resort with their unmatched services. We did have to skip around 3 spots from the itinerary as the time required to reach from one place to another turned out to be more than the scheduled time. However, the fact that the entire team at tripfactory was constantly in touch with me (especially Sneha and the finance team even at odd night hours) and did redress the issues we faced or the grievances we had during the trip really makes me recommend tripfactory and might look forward for other trips soon with you guys. I really appreciate the efforts, made by the entire team, to make the trip a memorable experience!!!

Recommendations to Tripfactory:
Hotels should be really checked well to avoid disastrous like what we experienced at Manali.
Drivers can be friendlier and have more patience though we understand that continuously driving through rough terrain is pretty hectic. Also, drivers should be thoroughly briefed about the trip and the routes. Providing a customized roadmap to help them find their way to next destination with every client and including details like alternative routes in case of emergency would be a great idea as even Google maps do not work in a lot of areas there.
Itinerary should have buffer time especially during peak seasons as the routes at Himachal are really rough and there were some unexpected diversions (which appears to be a usual thing in the area) that we experienced which made us take much more than the scheduled time to reach places and hence we had to skip around 3 spots from the Itinerary.

Overall the trip was very good. Everything was planned well and in organized manner. Representatives were on time and guiding us as a friend. Few things which was also not according to the mention in the earlier mail. Islander Inn hotel was very bad. I have very bad experience with them, 2 nights we had there. They don't have proper room service, appliances were also not up to the mark. They have 6 to 7 pages of menu book but while ordering the food, only 2 or 3 options are there. So this was very bad experience with us. Neil was very good, resort was also good and services are also good. Havelock was also the same as Neil.

But ultimately the trip was awesome and thanks to the trip factory team for making our trip so memorable, Their hard work had paid us.

Just one last query from the team, they should provide one couple photo or trip photo at the end of the trip on the company logo frame.

This is the second time I am using Trip Factory for by holiday package. First one is for Goa and this one is for Pune. Trip planning was very nice. Advisor keep in touch with me about the entire my plan and she had suggest and design the package very nicely. I didn't face any hurdle and trouble free about my schedule. They keep in track of everything and keep reminding me on time. My planning was little late that is the reason cost of flights and stay were little high, if I have planned it little advance I might have saved a lot. Hotel they have booked were very decent at reasonable price. I would advise people to try Trip Factory for you to enjoy the vacation peacefully.

Priscilla is an awesome guide with extraordinary knowledge of Hong Kong. She is always helpful and proactive . She is the only guide I have met in my life who used to call customer in advance to check if everything is fine or not.

Keep it up the good work and Appreciate your help through out this trip. Because of you I will consider Trip Factory for my next vacation.
